My experience with Alibaba has been outstanding. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the messenger platform is not the easiest to use. You have to play around with it to scroll up and look for old messages. Other than that, the value and ease I've received from Alibaba.com is great

Very easy to use and is a great door to buying/manufacturing almost any product you want. Alibaba also has a trade assurance payment method that allows you to pay safely /without worrying about getting ripped off.

In general I have positive experience working with suppliers. Sometime communications are not easy but we get used to it. Alibaba connects us with many suppliers otherwise would be very difficult to manage it.

Great company for getting in contact with suppliers and manufacturers and vice versa. The communication is great. The web interface could do better in regards to searching for specific products. Wish there were more products available to order. Hoping a warning for customers looking to purchase would be made to never ever make transactions outside of Alibaba.

Great place to meet suppliers but doing business using the Alibaba technology is painful. Addresses don't work, payments are difficult to process, double entry on almost everything and the help system is no help at all.

The amount of suppliers here are insane! You can find anyone making anything as well as providing extra services such as personalising as per your company's design, or just bulk ordering. This being China though, the delivery charges and times can be a bit much when you are looking for a bit smaller quantity.

I've been working with Andy for many years. He is always consistent, very helpful and friendly. He knows what my customers like and contacts me with new products regularly, but never pressures me into buying anything.

I still have to research and try. I hope that future experiences will be at least as good.
I ordered, I paid by bank transfer, the commission charged for interbank payments was quite large for relatively small amounts, I established with the seller the mode of transport, I received the goods.

After raising my price instead of meeting the quote, they added another five bucks onto it. Should have been 825. Went to 995. Not the end of my world, just a shady way to do business.
Then, for whatever reason, instead of being charged 995, I was charged an extra 24 dollars and change. So, 170 in jacked prices and 24 dollars just gone... not the best way to get folks to trust you.

I was initially put off with the whole registering process, but once done I'm glad I continued. Communication is good throughout buying and selling process. Trade assurance guarantee is comforting. I would definitely recommend Alibaba.com and I will be continuing to use this service.

The payment process was quick and secure, and the products shipped within 24 hours of payment! John sent the shipping tracking number, but he also tracked my package and updated me with the status. When the package shipped, John updated me. Processing through US Customs, John sent me an email. When the package arrived, John followed-up with a message to make sure everything met my expectations. Even when your goods get lost in transit, like for my case, they are willing to compensate for as long as you make your transactions and payments via Alibaba Trade Assurance. The biggest downside for me within the last two years has been sending less product quantities than the numbers paid for by some suppliers, and then also one time sending defective goods, which were fortunately replaced during the next order. But overall, Alibaba is great for business durability.
