Alibaba provided a seamless transaction and provided accountability for product quality and on time shipping. I am not going back to other platforms after receiving stellar first class service from Alibaba.

I brought a product from King beauty Hair. I received it but it was extremely bad quality and not as described at all. I contacted the seller who said they will give me a refund if I took my review down. As soon as i did they stop relying to my emails and refused to give the return address. Its been 4 weeks and nothing. Please don't buy anything the seller as they are very unprofessional and thieves.

I'm having issues with a seller

I have never used Alibaba before and I have to confess I am impressed. I have identified the best seller of my favorite product, entered in contact with them and after some exchanges decided that they are reliable enough to put a (for me) quite expense order. I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but everything worked out well. The supplier was as in the ratings on Alibaba, very good. I had no issues, so I don't know what would have happened if there would have been any. But I could see clearly the ratings of the suppliers and decide for the ones I chose. That was very helpful.

Will use again and recommend to anyone!

My company had custom umbrellas created that surpassed our expectations. The customer care provided made the entire transaction very satisfying and stress free. I highly recommend this company and their staff!

Alibaba allowed us to search various vendors and helped narrow our selection based on the customer reviews provided. When order was placed using Alibaba, we felt safe and secure knowing that in the event there was something wrong with the product ordered that we would be protected by Alibaba. But, we never had any issues whatsoever with our order. A complete joy!

With such a vast icons and unfamiliar system, it was surprising quite easy. However, I find it not possible to 'Cut & Paste' comments from email into Alibaba site. Maybe there's a way but I am not aware of it.

I have been less and less impressed with Alibaba every day. I am currently trying alternatives. Between more and more cheaply made Chinese products making their way on, to suppliers have dozens of listings for the same products, such as my last order, Alibaba seems to care less and less about protecting buyers and vetting qualified suppliers.

Alibaba offer many business persons the connection with many suppliers. I had the idea to create a number of items for an apparel line that I wanted to start up. Alibaba gave me many choices that I did not even imagine I can choose from. The small issue I have is the inability to send Adobe Illustrator documents through the dialogue chat. However, the ability to send photo, attachments within the message box is a great helper. This is definitely a great source of putting ideas into reality.

Most of the suppliers I am communicating with are excellent. Very prompt responses and they are obviously doing their best. Some companies are very slow to send out a shipment even when you have paid. Highly recommend seeking confirmation on shipment times and the cost of shipment. The automatically calculated shipping times and costs appear inaccurate. In general the products I have receive have been excellent and consistent with images supplied. Will continue to use as the choice and quality of products appear superior than many other sites.

I have used Alibaba and instagram to purchase from manufacturers Alibaba protects you from scammers they do a check on manufacturer and let you know. Instagram doesn't seem too care about protecting their buyers there's so many scammers on there its just sad. Alibaba have live agents to help you, when you're having any problems with anyone trying to scam you and instagram doesn't. I never got scammed on Alibaba but several times on instagram. Small business owners beware of these so called manufacturers on instagram go to Alibaba they care about you not just make money off you.

I placed a request for quotes (with a drawing) for stainless steel pins on Alibaba and within 48 hours I had 12 quotes. 6 of these were at the price we were expecting, and frankly, it was surprising how reasonable approx half the quotes were that we received. We picked a vendor from several all with very good qualifications, and the pins were manufactured and shipped to us very quickly. The quality of the pins is excellent. This order was both fast and easy and we will certainly be back to Alibaba for our other material and product needs.

I filed a complaint for an unloyal company that has been a gold supplier from 6 years here.
The platform did not review our documents but relied on the seller's claim that the money had not been received. We were brazenly deceived with a large amount, not without the participation of the platform, which protects only its paying members

Alibaba is a true company. First of all, you must read and get to understand how the company system operates. Learn which supplier you need to make purchases from. Exercise wisdom and follow the company's policy and you will be off to the right start. Customer service is good and to me, the suppliers are easy to communicate with.

This was my first purchase directly from a manufacturer in China. I was apprehensive when placing the order but the Alibaba Trade Assurance helped ease my anxiety. Everything went extremely smoothly and I'm very satisfied with the process. I hope to make more purchases in the future.

It's a very good surprise.
I had the pre judged that on Alibaba it is possible to find a lot of cheap material but no quality.
I must say I was wrong, there is people very committed, accurate and flexible.
Those quality are reflected in their material.

Very good experience with this platform. Only faced issue on order modification and cancellation, with this unnecessary process, lot's of money waste due to conversion and banks + Alibaba charges. I'll suggest that Alibaba should have wallet for buyers, money land on Alibaba user ID and we as buyer can use that money for other orders. If in any case we need to our money back we can withdraw.

I've enjoyed two trouble free experiences dealing with suppliers on Alibaba now and am feeling more confident about transactions. The companies I have worked with are easy to deal with and come up with excellent solutions to any queries I raise. It's a good platform to go to if you want to purchase goods in bulk and feel secure about your transactions and the quality of the product you will receive.

I purchased K2 meters from Shenzhen Nonstop group and they sent me counterfeit items. I mailed them back being promised a full refund and did not receive one cent. I am also out the DHL shipping back to China. I just filed a complaint with Alibaba. Never buy anything from Shenzhen nonstop group contact is Lily.

I had a very positive experience with this vendor. They went the extra mile to make sure that my order was right and that I received it on time. The product is gorgeous! Much better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend them, and look forward to doing repeat business with them in the future.

Have always found Alibaba.com a great place to source and import products. Their site is very user-friendly and very safe if you use their safety features. They go out of their way to make your experience positive and safe.

I intend to work with them again and again in the future.
