I ordered an heirloom for my girlfriend and it was one of my favorite clothes she wore. She admires her beautiful body and talks about all the good things. Their designers have no jokes. I'm not posting a review but will order as much as he wants from this brand... not happy.

I have been with Alibaba for quite some years now. Always enjoy shopping here and have referred friends. Some products are better than others but that's an individual risk between suppliers.

Suppliers are always professional. I would suggest being patient as shipment can take some weeks or months depending on how it's shipped, but well worth the wait.

The only downside there's no easy process to contact Alibaba if in need of any assistance. Hoping they can provide a toll-free number or email for when issues arise between a supplier. So basically it's between you and the supplier to negotiate any conflicting issues.

Since 2004 I've only had one minor issue.

No particular issues. Reliable process all along the chain. Thank you. Will continue this way for my orders. Easy payment and communication and delivery by express courier as expected, no bad surprise.

This company is impossible to get ahold of anyone. They have numbers that automatically disconnect others which have a busy signal.
The company I supposedly purchased from was a 10 day shipment. However two months later in still waiting. No items, no refund and no legitimate phone number to dispute
Never will I use this service for any future business or personal needs.

Loved the experience of first time importing products.
It is hard to find good quality, fairly priced skateboards here in India. Got to choose from plenty of options on Alibaba and after speaking with many suppliers, found the perfect fit.
Smooth ordering, payment process. Many shipment options but I stick with FedEx for easy customs clearance.

Samples for testing were received on time, however, the hardness was a bit lower than required and we have to decline.
We will look for another external supplier manufacturing O'Rings under our specifications.

As a small business, it is difficult for us to research and make contact with many foreign manufacturers. More, we simply don't have the resources or time to properly vet them for quality or security. Alibaba has allowed us to directly source products from manufacturers, cutting out expensive middle-men, while also giving the piece of mind that we are protected through their Trade Assurance program and vendor reviews. This has allowed us to save tens of thousands on asset acquisition costs and helped fuel our expansion. We expect to utilize the platform even more in coming years.

I like fanovo's custom services. Each ball in sight plugs looks really nice. The prongs are good design and durable. Fanovo is a good manufacturer:

Everything we had ordered through Alibaba had arrived in good working order. Alibaba's trade assurance is a great feature. Just don't like the message interface it has. It's not as user-friendly as they make it out to be. We think there's room for improvement here.

Good experience. Easy communication, professional, problem solving, fast response, high quality.we sold well for those items in last order, so we reorder this time. Because of the good selling, our products become out of stock. It is lucky that the seller cooperated well and helped to make the production faster than normal for almost half a month.

If you're in the US, don't even THINK of using this company. They will screw up every way they can. We were with them for 2 years and each and every order had serious issues. Items were made wrong, arrived damaged, took forever, shipping was astronomical; we had 3 representatives, each worse than the next, pricing was schizophrenic and customer service? Dispute resolution? Any type of helpfulness? Not a chance. One batch of items that were unusable because they not only lacked hardware but lacked the countersunk holes to put the hardware in was dealt with like this: "go buy a drill and fix them yourself". After the last shipment arrived 5 months after it was ordered, to the wrong address and broken, they simply stopped answering our emails. Don't think Alibaba will assist either- they demand to be paid via Paypal and direct wire transfer. Of course!

Very satisfied and impressed, will shop again without hesitation, you can feel that you are safe in doing online business through Alibaba, it's been a nice experience and I am quite pleased about the when deal and service

As my first attempt buying from a China supplier I must confess that I am pretty impress, in a good way of course! For sure I will keep on doing business with my friend Mrs. Nora Hu, whom was really patience, kind and professional

I was nervous going into it as it was my first deal but Shenzhen Jet Bright Technology helped me through and the help links available were exactly what I needed. The only hard part has been figuring out the customs side here in the states! Will look into a customs agent next time to handle that for me. No issue with Alibaba at all though!

Everyone there at Alibaba was very helpful and didn't rush me. It was smooth sailing from start to finish. They answered all my questions fast, while I was still online looking at other products. Who else does that.

Product is as described along lightening fast delivery, great price and the customer service was second to none, Kudos to Jenny who made this transaction easy and kept me very well informed every step of the way.
Look forward to many more transactions.

Bought 200 pens, told them initially they were to be gifts. They sent them to Germany as a business purchase. This caused customs problems and an additional $87. In import tax. Called to cancel the order and Ms April in customer service said she would pay me. It's now been two weeks and she won't answer my emails or chat. To include no money. I'll never buy from a company with employees with no integrity. Alibaba is not a reliable company.

This transaction far exceeded my expectations, quality was excellent, and Alibaba makes the process very easy to interact with manufacturers around the world.
I will definitely use Alibaba for future purchases

2. Alibaba.com taught me another way of doing business and takes care of me at all times.

1. Alibaba granted me the possibility of an approved credit (Pay Later) for almost 60% of my investment, including a letter/ email with the corresponding approval. After two months, without any cause, that credit was canceled, for which I had to change the investment plan and look for other resources to be able to meet the payments made with the supplier in a timely manner.

2. NOBODY on Alibaba.com speaks Spanish. In the United States we are 80 million people who speak Spanish, I think they should focus on this issue as all the big companies have done.

Alibaba has been upgrading and advancing with the consumer in mind! Very user friendly platform and all the add-on services you need throughout the manufacturing process of your order. I had to contact them before about an issue, and they also have incredible customer service! Considering the language barrier, they are doing fantastic! And no i was not paid to write this, I'm from Vegas!

Done about 40 purchases since 2015, 95 % successful, no glitches in (technical) quality. Rarely shipping problems due to certain sellers not experienced enough in forwarding to South Africa, (which must be pretty "exotic" destination for some). Appreciate personal attention while enquiring about the products. Refunds handled promptly, for transactions not completed, for various reasons. In summary: shopping at Alibaba is convenient, rewarding, even though some sellers don't want to be bothered with orders' of small (for an individual person) quantities, rarely, nevertheless.
