Such china market sites are still remaining a lottery with sometimes wrong descriptions or the goods that simply dont come. But lately they really improved the service - all the parts of it, such as delivery and refunds especially.

If you're in the US, don't even THINK of using this company. They will screw up every way they can. We were with them for 2 years and each and every order had serious issues. Items were made wrong, arrived damaged, took forever, shipping was astronomical; we had 3 representatives, each worse than the next, pricing was schizophrenic and customer service? Dispute resolution? Any type of helpfulness? Not a chance. One batch of items that were unusable because they not only lacked hardware but lacked the countersunk holes to put the hardware in was dealt with like this: "go buy a drill and fix them yourself". After the last shipment arrived 5 months after it was ordered, to the wrong address and broken, they simply stopped answering our emails. Don't think Alibaba will assist either- they demand to be paid via Paypal and direct wire transfer. Of course!

As my first attempt buying from a China supplier I must confess that I am pretty impress, in a good way of course! For sure I will keep on doing business with my friend Mrs. Nora Hu, whom was really patience, kind and professional

I have come to love their services and will always deal with them for this kind of business.
Since finding Alibaba i have NOT had to lose money or receive substandard products which makes me very happy.

I've never been ripped off on Alibaba yet, paying through Alibaba. It's been much more professional and safer than ebay in my opinion. Dealing with the time difference adds a little bit of time when making decisions.

Third product ordered from them, good quality and Echo is a pleasure to work with. My only suggestions would be to consult with your local shipping office for complete Customs requirements. Packing on less fragile products should also be considered. This is a good company and I am sure we will place another order in the future.

Our boutique hotel ordered a large quantity of napkins, slippers & tablecloths from Eliya, a company advertising on Alibaba as a custom branded hotel supplier. They sent two different colors on the napkins vs the slippers (one was correct gold, the other were yellow!), and the embroidery was low quality. When we told the owner, Ben, he said that's not my department'. Didn't care even a tiny bit, no offer of correction, nothing. They took real money from us, thousands of dollars, and delivered fake quality, very low standard. They offer towels, hotel equipment, hotel furniture, hotel porter trolleys, all you might look for - dont be fooled! Avoid Eliya company if you're looking for hotel supplier China, or custom hotel supplies from china.

I liked the concept of having multiple vendors at my fingertips. However, one CAN be overwhelmed with too many choices. It was a little difficult to find exactly what I was seeking on their platform but perseverance paid off. After some time I did find exactly what I was seeking. The charms for my jewelry making business were well crafted, as advertised, and arrived in a very timely manner. I particularly liked the trade assurance agreement that accompanied my order, protecting both the price and delivery. I have used Alibaba twice now, and I will definitely use them again.

I don't often write reviews... But this time I must. I was totally impressed with my entire first experience with Alibaba.

The ordering process was easy... And I was overwhelmed with pleasure that I received my product delivered by DHL to my front door within four days of ordering. WOW.

The product which I thought might be second rate as to quality and functionality because of it's low price; is (so far), Excellent. In fact I am about to reorder another one, just to have as a backup.

I will now look to Alibaba for my future online purchases while living here in Thailand. Thank YOU.

Alibaba Buyers protection saves you from any several risks including product quality, on time delivery etc. You get your amount refunded for selected reasons. I think it really put my mind at ease when i knew my order payment is protected.
