I have come to love their services and will always deal with them for this kind of business.
Since finding Alibaba i have NOT had to lose money or receive substandard products which makes me very happy.

Excellent Service, Great Communication, Fast Shipping. Product was of good quality although it did not hold liquids or anything heavy very well. Small alteration of the notch inside and the hole would fix this. Great overall experience!

We had to pay 100 % in advance.
The boxes came broken, furnitures destroyed, quality nightmare, back wall - no paint!
Company offered sending a glue that we could fix it ourselves.
Had to make new ones, costs!? DOUBLE.
After two years I have finally the desks fixed.
It would be cheaper to buy designer furnitures from Europe.

This supplier genuinely tried to excel, with the customer satisfaction as an obvious goal. I haven't experienced such high standards of service in years and next time, I would approach this supplier first, without any hesitation. There is not a single issue to complain about, just the experience of an ideal trade, thank you very much.

Don't forget your spring orders you'll need to plan around the chinese new year because they shut down shipping out, etc in celebration.
Most sellers are quick to respond, and some even tell you if they think your smaller orders are even a good idea for your company's needs, which makes me feel they care just as much about my sales as they do their products.
Not everything is perfect (human expectations) but the few issues we did have were handled expeditiously and cancellations were a breeze. Not to forget we linked out domain name and now our store is even cooler and we didn't have to hire someone in house to manage our site now.

We are just simply happy for trading on Alibaba. We have had many orders from China and it has worked very well.

I own a general goods store in Vancouver. I sell many things ranging from Cell phone cases, to general home good appliances. I've been ordering a couple hundred units of different things. I'm amazed at the quality, response time, and turn around in terms of shipment alibaba and the merchants offer. Prices are quite good. The site is easy to navigate, and communicate. ( I would hope one day we may opt into using our own courier account numbers opposed to the merchant ones. As the shipping rates are a little bit high.)

My first Alibaba shipment was a success Fast shipping, great customer service. Joanna was really helpful even when I ask her to show me almost every single video of each lash she was very modest and I liked that. Overall good quality my Clients loves them and I will be ordering more!

What a wretched company... they're immune from FTC regulations, apparently, so they can toy with you or deny your right to unsubscribe; my efforts to do just that, ended up costing me 45 mins without a resolution! The madder I got, the more obstinate they became. I just wanted to unsubscribe as easily and quickly as I do from other businesses, but this invasive outfit kept redirecting me to dead ends, over and over again! God help anyone who unsuspectingly contacts these morons for the first time!

A great experience, I have a big trust in Hank and the company, he is professional and so helpful. 5 Stars from enquiry, order, payment, shipping details updates, checking on delivery to make sure the goods had reached in an optimal condition which was the case. Even when I ask questions, late at night.

Excellent interface, great communication tools, excellent data inout showing everything you need to know upfront. It's clear that a massive amount of work has been done to get this website to the standard it is now, good job, I hope you pay and take care of all of your staff extremely well.

Ordered 13 hand crank radio flashlights to give as gifts. All came in large, sturdy undamaged box. Inside each were in individual boxes, great for gift giving. Each had its own instructions. Shipping was fast considering came from China to USA. Would order from this supplier again.

Some supplier sales are tricky such as, (1) sent other model that is is not on the deal, (2) send other brand and do not responsible when the machine is not working said "The product is no longer in production, since we've just purchase it for 3 months only". Alibaba should solve this problem seriously.

Sunglor text support was very good during purchase and delivery was faster than I thought would be possible from China to Canada. The LED red light sleeping bag is sturdy design for full body coverage. It feels like it will last a long time. Comes with 2 large power supplies. One for each panel so I'm expecting they will not be overly pushed to their capability. The LED's appear to be very strong. The bag gets quite warm during a 20-minute session. I was expecting that I would need to use a fan for cooling but it is comfortable without a fan in 20 C room temperature.

I've sourced many different products to resell/retail from Alibaba over the past few years. Much like Ebay you must do some homework on the suppliers you want to use. I think most people that leave bad reviews about the site obviously don't have a clue about product procurement and have probably never imported products before.

Recently I ordered dry control assembly parts for a dry box. Thank you for your best effort and quick shipment.

Professional service and approaches are quite impressive.

China is overtaking Japan in every aspect, and no longer cheap and shonky product's manufacturers.

Today we rely on them definitely.

I am very satisfied with Alibaba's handling of my refund. The matter was swiftly actioned by "Alice" with great appreciation. The dispute was for non supply (lack of communication from suppliers) Alice ensured she received all the relevant information from myself and from the supplier before making her decision to apply for full refund! As a business looking for opportunities in this vast market, we are grateful Alibaba are there to keep an eye things.

I am using Alibaba since 2018, no problem at all, excellent providers, rapid response and effective delivery. The product is great quality, the best light and battery life until now. Provider response fast, needed a part replacement and it was treated in few days. We adapted te light to a face mask and it runs PERFECT as a tool to examination of patients lowering coronavirus spread

Shoppers assurance? What a joke.
Product arrived completely broken, $1000 down the drain with no recourse or assistance. The vendor actually asked me to file a fraudulent complaint with FEDEX.
I won't make that mistake again!

Ordering from a vendor you have never met or heard of is very risky. Alibaba made the process seem less risky and offered a variety of different assurance products to help customers feel safe about their purchase. I will use them again and take advantage of their bid for shipping options.

Quality of service by Alibaba depends on what you are buying. Advertisements for large and expensive items are almost 100% misleading and confusing. Trying to get honest answers is difficult. They want customers to look at pictures and buy. Detailed info - impossible.

Had a problem with an item I received. Seller claimed it would work with iPhone 7. The connector was incorrect. Item has no value to me. Opened a dispute and AliExpress did nothing. In fact they sent me an email asking me to let them know how they served me. Only problem there is no way to respond (see below)

I love Alibaba, has a lot of merchants. Great service and a good price! Several merchants replied right away, some more available than others, yet it was all coming nicely in my inbox. Also, Alibaba makes it very secure to have an account. I like that too.
