Alibaba, has improved significantly over what they were a few years ago. They have quite a ways to go in their communication interface. Currently there's no way to sort or group messages, makes having communication with 20 different manufacturers of different products VERY difficult. It's usable though and MUCH better than 3 years ago.

I felt more at ease after purchasing from an unknown supplier using Alibaba and Trade Assurance. I paid Alibaba, not an unknown supplier, which is the way to go. I had recourse in the event of a bad deal with a known company.
They are bigger than Amazon.
I would and will do business with this company again.

In a very few days, we were able to work with supplier to finalize our design and then the production order was finished a few days earlier than promised. Upon inspection of goods, they were exactly as ordered and arrived early.

I was very happy with how quickly the product arrived and how nice equality was. Loved the fact that it was one piece and I didn't have to worry about attaching it to something else. Customer service was amazing and they really went out of their way to share photos in advance and to give reassurance. I will definitely be using them again in the near future.

I've used this company multiple times and have always received the finished products before the scheduled time frame and have always been extremely pleased with their decals. The communication is great, too. I do advise checking your work email either late at night or early in the morning, 6 a.m.

The supplier manages to fabricate a customized power supply. They are built-in good quality and overall fabrication is also very fast.
It will be helpful if they do QC on each product before shipping them.

It's my first to try buying online thru alibaba and was able to get in touch directly with manufacturers and it has been a great experience.

Was hesitant at first, as I'm not sure though if I will be dealing with legit suppliers, but it proved me wrong, Alibaba is a bridge for consumers who wants to have a real deal savings and value for their money thru direct buying from makers all over the world.

Quality was great, mix -up of communication for shipment time shipping is 3-5 days accurate however production time is separate from that and needs to be explained as well just to get better arrival date for item. No sizes are engraved on actual shoe so i had to figure it out on my own which was which. Other than that quality is 100 percent good and im happy with merchandise!

I love using alibaba. The suppliers are 99% friendly, helpful and fast-responding. They will almost always go the extra mile to accommodate your customisation requests. Trust is important and alibaba provides it with Trade Assurance.

First, my responses to bids did not change their status. I kept getting notices as if they were new. The phone app doesn't synch with my computer, and the computer app freezes on the page to start a conversation. Their platform is so buggy it makes Messenger look good. But I ordered, and later, while my shipment sat at customs, Alibaba completed it anyway and asked for a review of seller, not once but twice for 2 different orders. Alibaba's so-called help did nothing to correct the problem even after I got a human to respond. I had to come here to leave a review of Alibaba because their own site doesn't have the option. If I can find another way to get international bids, I will switch.

Like any purchase you make, the first thing is to ensure value for money, quality of workmanship and materials that comprise the item. Companies don't stay in business unless their products meet market standards. Alibaba provides the buyer with ample information including number of years of trading, yearly value of sales, units sold, number of employees, etc. etc. All the info to make a sound judgement is accessible when you find out how to access it. As a kid I liked to watch Westerns. There was something about the adventure of going to unexplored lands where you never knew what would happen next. Alibaba is like that. I've found some of the most incredible deals on quantities of electronics that I could never have gotten in the US any other way. There are lots of dud suppliers but there are legit ones too. Just do as much homework as you can and understand there is always risk. Trade Assurance can also be helpful if you can find a supplier that qualifies.

I was contacted with tracking details when the product arrived at my destination. Very helpful to get the parcel because our post office very seldom send notifications of parcels arriving.

I placed a large order with a manufacturer on Alibaba, and he charged me twice for delivery. Once at the point of origin and second time in UK when Fedex delivered the product, they also sent me an enormous bill. The agent at the factory should have warned me about this but pretended that there was nothing else to pay. I am very disappointed with my first experience at Alibaba and hope nothing like this ever happens again.

We are using Alibaba more than a year, and It has given us a lot of information. Factories were nice, also provided us good quality products.
The payment process is quite easy for beginner. But to be honest the refund system need to be improved.

I like this site for a huge number of things that can be purchased quite cheaply. Of course, the quality in some places falls on the goods, but this is not critical. Many sellers are quite responsive and friendly. I recommend at least trying it.

It is nice when such a reputable company as Alibaba guarantees and accompanies my purchase of goods and frees me from worries about quality and guarantee of delivery.
