I had a minor delivery damage problem with some batteries from a Chinese company. It was not their fault, but the Trade Assurance process worked well to mediate between myself and the supplier. It was simple, logical and transparent and gave me confidence when buying an expensive item. I was compensated appropriately and in good time.

I've ordered 24 items which was done immediately. All the requirements from my side were done immediately. The customer care is perfect, fast and prompt communication.
For sure will make new orders with this supplier more.
The order was delivered really quick (about a week to US), this is one of the most important for customers.

Like all experiences, the first experience is the hardest, especially as a consumer used to fast delivery in Canada. I had to remind myself that I was dealing with foreign suppliers and long shipping lead times. I will definitely use Alibaba again. My suggestion to Alibaba is to help educate their merchants on communicating with consumers

I forget exactly how I originally stumbled across Alibaba, but I'm glad I did. I've dealt mainly with companies in China so far, with the exception of 2 or 3 companies elsewhere. It has been quite an education for me, and I must say that for the most part a pleasant experience. I've connected with some very professional people, and would like to say that they all have been very friendly, helpful, and rather easy to work with. Not that I expected anything otherwise, just pleased this has been the case. I like that the emphasis always seems to be on building a relationship, which I've always tried to do with my own customers when I can. It's just good business... And you end up getting to know some interesting people sometimes. I would recommend Alibaba's service and platform to other Entrepreneurs and business owners without hesitation.

I received the product as discussed and I really appreciate the attention that was given to me despite it only being a relatively small order. It was my first time ordering through Alibaba so I was bit worrisome; however, the vendor/manufacturing representative renamed professional and communicative throughout the entire process. I will definitely consider this vendor/manufacturer for future orders.

It's sometimes helpful but sometimes not as even scammers post their business therefore it is not safe for your money. For my case I purchased a TV by paying $406 but It never reached me and These people keep on requesting for money and they pretend to have shipped the item while the website for shipping agent is also fabricated.

Been doing business on Alibaba for a year. The website itself is excellent and systems like Trade Assurance gives peace of mind. The only minor complaint I would have is to be stricter in allowing suppliers to use Alibaba. Although I haven't encountered any bad suppliers so far since I do my due diligence. There are still some shady people on Alibaba here and there. I love that you can use iDeal, a big plus for me. Overall I would recommend Alibaba as a great website to do business to people that know what they are doing.

Nice plat form easy to use, and find everything you might be looking for either for private, professional or inquiries. I hope they'll improve their search engine to make it more accurate finding things, and not just gather everything even if you are not looking for

I have ordered several products from companies in China using Alibaba's Trade Assurance. It is nice knowing that if there is a problem that they will help take care of it or help get a refund. So far I have had no problems.

Had the good fortune of having a smooth transaction for my first time ordering from a company on Alibaba. The seller was very friendly and answered my questions patiently. She also walked me through the whole process from making an order to the process of using the site's Trade Assurance feature. Very satisfied with my first order and looking forward to the next one. :)

A Chinese manufacturer stopped communicate, denied manufacturing and damaged stored materials due to bad storing procedures. I received 40% refund only by Alibaba Trade Assurance. Alibaba didn't recognize the whole communication me and the manufacturer had. Alibaba's action would never been accepted by an ordinary court but it's not practically possible to press charges in China as the costs will be too high. Bottom line: I lost about USD 6000 because of a Chinese supplier's and Alibaba's attitude.

They get back to you very quickly, very friendly and was willing to solve any issues. The only issue I had was with my first order, there was a few charges missing but william sent them out to me. I will continue to work with him.

I have had no problems using Alibaba and believe all vendors have been fair and easy to deal with. This is the first time working with them and it has been a pleasant experience thus far. The vendor was wonderful. We ordered hats with a design.

I've placed several orders with different suppliers and will continue to do so. I specially trust their Trade Assurance feature and their supplier rating system, as I feel confident that Alibaba is providing enough supplier information and that they will back me up in case of an issue. This reflects on the treatment I receive from suppliers, as it's evident they want to be in good standing and comply with Alibaba's policies.

Juana was good at communicating updates and updating changes needed to manufacture our product. I had already been dealing with her company when she took over the job. She noticed some minor changes that were needed that made a major difference in shipping cost and a few other things as well. We worked through the modifications and in the end a very nice product was ultimately delivered.

Alibaba.com is a poorly managed online shopping website. They allow fake sellers selling phantom products scamming unsuspecting customers who thought they were safely buying products from a decent online shop. The scammer on alibaba.com even has a fake shipment tracking website that conveniently stayed active until I filed a complaint. Alibaba.com is an unchecked unregulated online shop anything goes there including your hard earned money.

Alibaba is very interesting. Not only it allow the members to shop safely, but it allows anyone to discover different products around the world. This allows everyone who wants to develop his business to have access to the equipment he needs without moving. As a result, he saves time and money.

The only problem is that; there are a lot of people who claim to be legal suppliers and seek to steal money from buyers.
It would be desirable that any seller agrees to join trade assurance.

A very safe site to deal with and there is a great selection of products too. A quick search brings up all companies products which matches your needs. I also like the addition of other products I might have an interest in. I have always known you were here but never used you till now. Probably I should have used your site a lot sooner. Everything went smooth, just as easy as if I was buying from a site in U.S.A. Thanks for being here for us.

It's a great platform if you want to import goods. Every possible product in one place. Made very simple, I like that you can customise the search in so many different ways and that it offers Trade assurance for your orders and you can choose from many verified suppliers.

I Order products from this Company and as of TODAY, I'm having a hard time getting my Refund on my cancel order. If you're thinking about doing Business with Company. Please go the other way... it's a Scam! Run! Run! AND Run! They will not give your Money Back!

My experience with Alibaba has been overwhelmingly positive. Original products manufactured in China are of excellent quality and great value for money. People interaction is very satisfying for the most part. However, some of the supplier contacts struggle with the English language. Time and patience resolves most issues. I only communicated with two suppliers that had very good English. When the communication is good the outcome is usually a win for both parties. Alibaba will grow from strength to strength and will remain my major product supplier.
