There was a hitch at the end of my first attempted order andI'm a bit worried that the book might take up to 16 days when we're only in the next county.
Never failed, orders always arrive in perfect conditions in a reasonable time.
Disappointed that every book gets sent separately, which puts up the cost of shipping by at least100%.
Difficulty in updating credit card details and billing address: website refreshed and deleted data every time "Save and Continue" pressed. Accept all cookies enabled in browser. Eventually got around the problem by selecting "No" for "Is billing address the same as delivery address?", then re-entering the same data for billing address as previously. Very frustrating.
Easy to shop and pay, with helpful reviews of vendors
Website would not let me check out as guest, the only option once it recognised I had an account was to log in to that account. As I didn't know the password, then I had to go through the whole loop to reset the password, by which time my shopping basket had become empty, necessitating start again from scratch. Very annoying.
So easy to use, enjoy the brief synopsis provided.
