The free shipping should be explained more clearly without having to deep dive into a sub-page for the information. It feels deceptive.

I find the coupon and discount system confusing. Initially, there was a notice that I needed $13. Xx more to get free shipping. That sounded worth doing, so I added more books from those listed. When I went to check out, there were $14. Xx in shipping charges! So I started over and cancelled those extra books. Also, the coupon system is disappointing. I do appreciate that you sell used books and that you provide competition to Amazon, but it is still frustrating.
The price is slightly better than Amazon even with shipping charges.

I feel you should review your shipping rates to Alaska. Too high. Not this time but other times I have taken the time to look at your booksellers, and try to get books from west coast seller (closer to Alaska) and I have tried to get them from same city/bookseller but still rates are quite high, especially for books! What about book rate?

It was fine so far. It does seem weird that the shipping charge is larger than the price
