“I haven't received item”

I haven't received This item. I previously ordered two other and those two were delivered with no problem. I am still awaiting the delivery of this one and it says and it status but it has been delivered but it has not been.

Many excuses and promises regarding an order I did not ever receive. I ask for a tracking number of which was never furnished. I requested a refund, however it was ignored.
