ALERT ALERT, Terrible experience with this platform. When you reach a certain number of operations they ask you for the origin of the funds and ask about operations outside the platform. The support service is something symbolic they do not solve anything, all they do is just keep sending you the same messages over and over without providing you with solutions. Desperate for a solution, I turned to gvrrecuperattor.online who helped me get my issues resolved and recouped my funds after i dropped a complaint with them. My curiosity and of course thoughts of actually making a profit got the best of me, glad I only deposited a small amount, (250.00 US). Some one calls me at least twice daily, when I actually answer it's always the same. They never assist in withdrawal and always talk about how they can make you so much profit, have had a pending withdrawal for over a week and it just sits in pending status, please don't throw your hard earned money away with Altercoin- stay away!

Quite a decent broker. I trade in small volumes, maybe that's why everything is smooth, but I can say for sure that my terminal works perfectly and they withdraw several hundred bucks without any unnecessary questions and delays.

If you're looking for total negativity, you can always find it in everyone. There are no perfect companies. But I like everything about this company, of course they have their minimal problems. But it all becomes so insignificant when you see that they try to create a comfortable working environment.

I am always worried when withdrawal takes a long time, I start to doubt and think I won't get the money.

I opened an account with altercoin about four weeks ago. A lot of information and passwords involved. This made me wary from the start but after some reassurance from the managing investment person that I could retrieve my investment in whole at any time, I went ahead and invested 250 usd and in a week he had made 30 dollars. Still a bit wary I asked if I could take the thirty dollars as a gesture of good faith. He helped me set up a wallet and the withdrawal was made. Then he said he had a document that said fuel pricing would be going up and if I wanted to take advantage I would need to invest 2000 dollars more. Now alarms were going off in my head. I wanted to withdrawal the original amount. Suddenly no phone calls and despite attempts to withdrawal on the altercoin trading site no action has been taken. I can only assume the $#*!ers stole my money.

They were agressive and pushy when we were not answering as fast to give them the documents they wanted or to follow their instructions. They called us many times a day with a different phone number each times to have what they wanted (it was a proof of our electricity acount in our case - that we finally didn t provided). In two weeks, we had three differents manager. They often didnt respect the moments of appointments. It was too weird, we stopped all.

I got scammed $25k, they are very nice, send you money back to gain your trust, tell you to sen/invest more money,tell you to make a decision quickly and they will milk you for all you have and you won't see your money again.

From George DeBarron, Thomas Beringer, Elzabeth Tylor, Charles Wilson, - everyone promising that you can get your investment anytime and that you are free to stop. No one will give you money back, they just asking for more. Watch out, do not invest, safe yourself from scammers.
Very disappointed experience.

Unprofessional group. From the start they were unprofessional. The accountant to open the account was the only one helpful. The advisor that was to contact me after I deposited my initial funds did not. Now I want to close my account they refuse to send me my money. I told my advisor I wanted to close my account. He said he would send me an email to get the process started and its been 4 days and I haven't heard from him. Stay away from them.

They manipulate you into investing, you will never be able to withdraw and they will come up with flimsy excuses. Got tired and frustrated, I started looking for a way to get my money out, found help from DELAHOPE Ltd, they did an amazing job and got it all out

I have a mixed experience with this broker. Sometimes everything works perfectly, while other times there are minor glitches in operation. Technical support usually responds quickly and promptly resolves the issue, for which I'm very grateful to them.

Alter-coin ARE SCAMMERS don't do it. They have control of your account they can take it away shut it down make it disappear AND KEEP ALL YOUR MONEY. We need to get them shut down somehow someway. They told me if I inverse in another 3000 they will return my money BULL$#*!! This has been going on now for over 4 months

If you invest with them, they will not let you withdraw your funds or cancel your account. You will never get your money back. Invest with them at your own peril.

I enjoyed working with the platform. Although for me I found a few minuses that I would like to correct. I hope the company will continue to develop and remove even the smallest mistakes.
