First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.
I have been shopping at American Muscle for several months now and I have got to say, that, I have always been extremely pleased with my shopping experience. I always go to American Muscle for my wants and needs for my s550 and they never disappoint.
The website will send you the wrong part then offer no refund or to send the correct part. They $#*!ed me out of 1500.00 in Mustangs 2016 parts driveshaft. Now won't respond!
Tip for consumers:
Get new management for parts a returns ! They will run you around tell times up and your screwed!

Differential and driveshaft the differential was the wrong part so it ruined the driveshaft. I send emails to the company to exchange for the correct differential after weeks of emails they then told me my 30days was up and no refunds im passed I have the time for the order. They $#*!ed me out of over 1400.00+ don't spend a dollar with AmericanMuscle your wasting your money and time!
I needed a clutch and went to american muscle. They had the clutch i wanted and they claimed it would ship in 2-4 days. I purchased it and almost a month later and no clutch. I did contct them about 2 weeks after i ordered and they said it would ship the next day... didnt happen. A month later i was told it would ship in 2 weeks. I canceled my order. All i got in return for my experience was sorry, not even a sticker or a 5 dollar coupon... nothing. I even told the guy i needed a clutch that is actually instock, he just advised ht it would ship later. I requested to cancel and was told i would receive my refund 6 days later which is unacceptable.

Every order is fulfilled correctly and always arrives on time and sometimes sooner than expected. I've never had a single issue with them and they are always helpful when i had questions!

I've ordered several thing. All good stuff. One of the items hasn't come for over a month but that's just hat. All the car parts fit great and where good quality. Good company to deal with!
They sent me passenger side exhaust tips. I took unopened box to muffler shop only to find this out. Now they say it can 2 weeks or longer to get right part. I am not happy.
Kept me in the loop about order status and expected delivery. Order arrived in perfect condition. No issues. However, now I get A LOT of emails that I really don't need.
Had the product that I wanted and site had good pictures to allow me to evaluate how the lights would look on my Hemi-orange Challenger.
The shipping was fast.
The boxes came damaged, open and had holes in it.

Nervous about cutting into my hood so went with these to make sure I liked the setup. Impressed to say the least so far they look great and installation was simple.

Easy of access online
Ordering was very easy. The item came really quickly. It is a Christmas present for my grandson, so I have not opened it. I'm hoping it is just what he wanted.

Used to use them all the time, they are garbage now. Shipping times are so much longer than everywhere else even though they claim "free 2-3 day shipping on 10,000+ parts".

Long time customer
Coming from someone who owns a 3V Mustang, this is my go to site for anything aftermarket. But there are certain things that shouldn't be aftermarket but they do not carry the Ford part. Like cam phasers, you should always use the Ford phaser and they do not carry it. It would also be nice is they carried more Steeda parts.

I ordered an Sct tuner. It was missing the OBD connector to connect the tuner to my car so I wasn't able to use the tuner at all. I then called about it and they needed me to send back the order that was missing an item. Before they could send out a new 1 FedEx was suppose to pick up the one being returned which they did but your system didn't acknowledge that so the new product never got shipped out. I then called back again and they were able to get it updated and the item then was shipped Friday. I checked on Sunday and it showed to have left the warehouse in Kansas City but when I checked again Monday morning it is now showing to be delayed so its still in Kansas City. I was recommended to you guys and have not had the best experience so far and I have only placed an order with you guys once.

Have a 91 Mustang GT and American Muscle is behind most of it! American Muscle can't go wrong shopping here. The tech staff are super helpful and their prices are decent.

I ordered stainless works headers and I had a Corsa and it said the cat back would work with thr headers but they didn't! Did a lot of work putting headers on just for them to not fit :'(
