First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.
Received my order when they were supposed to arrive. AM has an easy website to navigate and the check out process was quick and simple. AM is becoming one of my goto sites for parts!

I ordered K&N 63 Cold Intake for my 2017 Blue Jean Ford F150 as well as the third brake light and module. This is a prime REASON TO READ THE DIRECTIONS AND CHECK THE PART LISTS of what you're buying! We soon discovered there were two of the same rubber connectors which meant we were short one part. Contacted AT and they took care of contacting K&N which direct shipped the part to me. Even though I had to wait I must admit the replacement part came quickly. My only other frustration is the filter on the web site is blue which would certainly look great with my Truck but a red filter is what was sent. Must have been a really rough day for the person packing the box.

Good products and customer service. One MAJOR SUGGESTION stop all the "Request Catalog " Pop Ups! It's very annoying to be looking for some specific and it ask and you hit NO but it keeps popping up. This has become so aggravating I leave your sight and go and buy what I am looking for somewhere else.

The purchase was fine but when I got my new BBK headers they where covered in rust and where very dirty. For full price and not an "open box" purchase I kinda expected my Chrome headers to come in Chrome.
Have the parts I needed all in one place
Bought some Koni shocks back in 2021. One was faulty after one week of installation. Got a new one, sent back in the old one. Fast forward to 2023 I order a new 200amp alternator. Order was canceled out of the blue. According to customer service my account is on hold until I give a tracking number or pay $154 for a FAULTY SHOCK. The part was sent in over 2 yrs ago never once received notice it wasn't received. Now I have to wait 4-5 days until my money is put back into my account. Leaving me without a car for atleast 2 weeks until another alternator comes in. You've lost a 5+yr customer over a faulty part. Was told nothing else can be done to fix this situation.

I look for items and products to enhance my cars appearance. As I belong to a Mustang Club and other members show case their Mustangs with similar products.
Other than shipping with the perpetually underwhelming Fedex it was awesome. Once Fedex shipped my package to BFE and back for absolutely no reason ( causing it to be delayed) I called AM customer service and they jumped right in and helped solve the problem.
Shipping was super fast and the product was here after a couple days. Not American Muscles fault but the box was open on arrival but everything was inside.
