First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.

I had returned a lip spoiler that I didn't need because I had changed my mind. This was ordered in August and I returned it around the end of September or beginning of October. They received it October 31st. They insist on store credit instead of a refund. I understand they have certain requirements on returns, but if the customer is not interested in and is never going to use the store credit, they should be refunded the money. They are saying the RMA, (whatever that is) is too old. It was never explained to me what a RMA is. Used to be the customer was number one, and pleased customers would always return. Well, I'm completely displeased. And I guess it doesn't matter to them. The money is going to waste and the credit will never be used because I have no reason for using it. I was very friendly and respectful on the live chat I had and on the phone with a representative. Explained my issue and never ended up getting it resolved. American Muscle, you have lost a customer, and I will never shop with your company again! I just want a refund of the money back to the original method of payment! No store credit that I will NEVER use! Just give me a refund! In fact, do better and respect and understand your customer's needs. If they would rather have a refund instead of store credit, then honor their request and wishes. What if they have no reason for the store credit and would rather have a refund? Did that thought ever come across to you? I guess not. Anyway, I would like a refund, NOT store credit.
Tip for consumers:
American Muscle should consider the customer and their feelings about store credit versus refund.

I tried submitting a review of my bad experience which I had rated a 1 star. It never came across, even though it says submitted a review, I even tried resubmitting it even and it says I have already reviewed that product. I even went on the laptop not logged in to see if my review came across. Nope. A lot of things on there have really good reviews, which is obviously very misleading based off these reviews on sitejabber and the fact that THEY DON'T PUBLICLY SHOW BAD REVIEWS JUST TO KEEP THEIR REPUTATION.

Wrong gasket. I took the car apart then had to order a 7 dollar part with a 20 dollar delivery fee. I don't feel like dealing with returning the wrong gasket.

Easy installation with all the correct equipment aside from a fuel inlet to the fuel pump that was the wrong size but I took the old inlet off the old fuel pump for it and now works great.
Recommendation
The shopping experience was good. The only downfall of it was the amount of pop up saying get a free catalog, when I've already given my cars info multiple time for the same pop up

Easy to find what i'm looking for with now issues and payment is easy, I have nevered had an issue with delivery or damaged items in over three years of buying items from AM.
Making a payment was a total pain in the foot! This is the second time buying something for my husband at this site and both times making a simple payment was a total pain in the foot!

I placed a large order including FORD FRICTION MODIFIER, listed at $109.99 (thinking the showing price was a typo because even in the video Stephanie says at 11 bucks & even shows in the transcript, & that would be corrected before billed, I was WRONG). I contacted customer service, who assured me that I was wrong, that was the correct price, even after I sent them screenshots & links showing THEIR OWN video stating the price, as well as other sites selling for $8~$14 only to be told they DON'T/WON'T price match (I didn't ask for a price match, just their own corrected price as per their video: $11)...so I now have to repackage the 2 ordered bottles into a small enough box to return for a full refund, opposed to simply allowing me to keep the 2 & refunding the difference...I ended up ordering from competitor for $9 & paid extra $5 for EXPRESS shipping...
I've been a dedicated customer for years (was ONLY mustang when I placed my 1st order) & have spent several thousands of dollars with them & will continue to, but will be MORE cautious as to their pricing.

Part fit my car perfectly. There was an adhesive surface to the part to attach and it lined up very well with the edges of the part it was resurfacing.
