American muscle did their job but the fitment on the side skirts were horrible

I ordered four wheels from this company and one of them came with a huge dent in it. Unfortunately I didn't see the dent until I had taken the wheels to the dealership to have them put on my car and they already had taken all of my tires off. So they had to put all my original tires back on and then I shipped back the damaged wheel. A couple of days later I got sent out a "new" wheel except it was in the same box that was used for the damaged wheel and the box was in even worse condition. This time, I didn't see any dents on the wheel so again, I took the wheel to the dealership to have them put the new wheels on my car and when putting the "new" wheel that was sent out to me the second time, they saw that the wheel was damaged because the wheel was wobbling all over the place when they put it on the tire and checked it on their machine. Honestly, I'm pretty sure they tried fixing the original damaged wheel that I sent back and hoped I wouldn't notice that it was the same one. I am very disappointed in this company for not only wasting my time, but also the guys at the dealership.

Everything arrived on time and in good condition. AM made the purchase easy. The Airaid CAI came with good step by step instructions. Easy install and great performance afterwards.

I bought a decal for my 2016 challenger for $79.99, the same item is $49.99 on Etsy, I thought it might be the quality so I got it from American Muscles. The product came in on time. Opening the box the decal was there but no instructions. I went on youtube and watched some videos on installation. I was very confident before I get products from Luxe Auto Concepts, they send instructions and all accessories for free. I guess American muscle is not up to their level yet. According to the video, I put the decal, but the decal won't stick to my car. I still have no idea if I put it the right way. So I called American muscles to find out I might have used the wrong side. I asked them if they can send another one but Brady Custer and Nick Whatever are saying that it is my fault and they won't take it back or replace it but I have to buy the 2 sets(Right and Left) again. Which is ridiculous. I am very upset because not all the customers are very talented like Nick and Brady because they made a comment saying that "these days, customers who know English don't need instructions". What is that supposed to mean, since I have an accent, I'm not a customer?. I paid in American dollars regardless of my birth origin. I should have known when it says American Muscles, you are a Bully with Muscles. So i won't buy any products from AMERICAN MUSCLES, in fact, I'm returning the Rear Diffuser I bought and I was going to buy a front splitter. There are other very good companies there who sell the same products.

The part arrived very quickly! - only issue was the part was described as a 'set' and the picture showed two (2) sensors - the $90 was actually for a SINGLE sensor (but did include standard shipping)

Decent selection on products. Lug nuts came all thrown into a small box. It had a foam insert to put them into but that wasn't done, just thrown into the box.

American muscle website is very easy to find parts, agent was also very helpful. I ordered 2 day delivery on Dec 20th but only got parts at 9pm on Dec 27th as UPS was very slow.

Fit good on the vehicle and my hubby loves it! I also got the front headlight covers from here so he's all blacked out now!

They got the stuff here pretty quick the shipping was pretty good on it didn't come on the same day got it over a period of 2 days but it was still pretty quick ask for mounting hardware the studs that I asked for it to say and I'm sure I paid over a hundred bucks for completely useless to me didn't fit it was just that was a bad experience couldn't find the ones I needed locally wound up having to cut the ones I had to make them work it was a fiasco but other than that great product

I ordered the chrome caps and they didnt all arrive at the same time. I had to wait a week for the last cap to arrive. Other than that i am still satisfied.

Site was easy to manuever through. The first item came in a timely manner, and the second was out of stock. It is expected to ship later in the month.

More information is needed for each product. For example the Z23 brake kit I just ordered. I had to call to see if the brake rotors are 11 or 13 inch rotors because the info is not there.

I ordered some lift points for my 2018 Camaro July 28. My order has been processing still, American muscle support tells me there's been a delay and I should receive my shippment by September 11

I purchased a spoiler from American muscle. The website clearly said that the spoiler would fit on my 2018 GT convertible. I am from Canada, so I had to drive to Plattsburg New York to go get the spoiler. I had to pay border fees to bring the spoiler to my country. Once I got home I paid a professional to install the spoiler. We use the template and used the instruction manual that was provided at first and spoiler seemed fine. We then drilled the holes as the template said to realize the spoiler did not fit, and there was no way to make it fit, we ended up calling American muscle, which then contacted the supplier that confirmed that the spoiler did not fit on a convertible. I was offered $60 for the inconvenience of having to drive to New York to pick up the wing and bring it back which I agreed to because I was trying to be reasonable as I wanted to send the wing back. I then contacted them to let them know that I had over $400 worth of fees to repair the trunk of my car that now looks like Swiss cheese because of all the holes in the trunk. They pretty much told me to F Off that I agreed to the $60 and I will not get anything else. Their mistake cost me a lot of money, and I can no longer use my Mustang as I do not have anything to cover these holes. I highly recommend not buying from them.

Fast shipping right after ordering and fast delivery. All items are like what the picture shows for the item but even better in person.

The original order had a delivery date of 11/27. It's now 12/04 and it hasn't arrived. The last tracking status simply shows delayed.

The experience was stressful because I couldn't pinpoint when my order would arrive. When tracking the package the date changed to the next day 4 times.

Great, order delivered early. Good, hood structs had good fit & installed easy. Fair, park plugs all needed gapping, all much tighter then 0.035 recomended.

When I ordered my parts they said they would be delivered on Friday and then later on the tracking said by 7 pm Saturday but didn't show up til later on monday
