Ordered a Roush complete exhaust, which came in two boxes, they sent me two of the same box, only half of the exhaust. I had to return the box to a FedEx sight on my own, and waited a week to recieve the same half of the exhaust AGAIN! They have sent me the same half THREE TIMES! Now I have to take it back to the FedEx drop off, wait another week, and hope by some miracle they send the right half this time. This was over $1,300 and I would certainly expect better. LESSON LEARNED!

We ordered a Bama Chip from American Muscle 5 days ago for our 92 Foxbody Mustang. I sat there and filled out the info they needed on the car to tune the chip and after i finished and submitted all the info, they send me an email talking about how the chips were "Back Logged" and wouldnt be processed for 5-7 Business days. I had previously paid for a quicker shipping than what comes free standard so of course, i was kind of irritated. I called american muscle and asked the guy when did he think it would be processed and he replied with "they are working on it as we speak" so i was satisfied, he said it would ship in a couple days. I then called back to change the shipping to next day shipping so that it would be here for my husband, he was excited and wanted it for the weekend. Upon calling i was informed by someone else that it wouldnt process for another 5-7 days so at this point im done with american muscle, my product hasnt shipped or started to process. Dont buy from these people go to LateModelRestoration.com for better service.

Good other than have issue trying to get a return on an out of stock product. It was a wickerbill spoiler.

I needed a tune for my car and your techncians came through i also screwed up the installition of the part and they quickly helped me solved the problem

Hello this product woke up my up. I love the performance it give and I'll be buying more from you guys

1) I decided to buy a wheel and tire kit from AM last year. I placed an order that was not shipped for 2 weeks. I called them to ask what was happening they said that the tires are out of stock, so I thought ok, that makes sense for the wait time. I call 2 weeks later to check up on it, they said that they have the tires, they are just waiting to get it to their Vegas warehouse. Another week goes by, nothing. I call again and this time had to speak with the supervisor who told me that the tires are out of stock and that they are waiting for Mickey Thompson to manufacture more tires and send them in. This misinformation between representatives left me hanging without tires/wheels for 2 months.

2) In late 2017, I bought a clutch kit and all the necessary piece for my 2014 Mustang GT. American Muscle's website said everything will fit properly in my car. Here I am, a year and a half down the road, my car is having issues shifting so I unfortunately had to take it to a shop. The shop told me that the hydraulic throwout bearing that I bought is not supposed to be in my car and that it is THE WRONG PART. I call AM to see if they're willing to help a loyal customer out with the misinformation that AM has provided me and all the representative said is that the order is too old for them to do anything. 2nd major issue that I've had with AM over the last year which is unfortunate, I thought they were the best place to go for anything Mustang.

The website was easy to use, our order got here when they said it would. He has already used the gift cards and got his parts he wanted for his car.

Horrible expérience, i bought on 10th april for navo's screen with gps cable for my mustang gt 22, i had à order confirmation than 2 items in my order in stock, they shipped only the screen the 11th april without the gps cable, and this morning 21th april they send me a screenshot than the cable is out of stock, ( a fresh screenshot dated 21th) and now they don't want pay for the shipping to take back the incomplete order, from Canada, is pretry expensive. I bought specially this screen for the gps, it's like if i buy 4 wheels and they just ship 3, with à big shipping chargé without any call!

Bought the replacement headlight housings for our Mustang as well as the sequential lighting harness so that our 2003 taillights will now be sequential like modern 'Stangs.

One day ago I received an email on a part that I being waiting for, I proceed to make the purchase, and paid with affirm, and the day after I recieved an email that the part was out of stock (driveshaft)

Shysters, To be told you will have a part by a certain day that you paid for and find out that the part got sent out on ground from California and is a week late so s unacceptable, and to have EVERY SINGLE person I spoke to said it was FEDEX fault was a liar from. Hakeem all the way down the line. I will NEVER buy another part from this company again. The ptsd they have triggered from lying to falsifying EVERY WORD I hope that they are apart of the BBB. The header gaskets arrived on schedule but were not properly packed and the gaskets themselves were slightly bent. We unpacked and checked for cresses and luckily none are percieveble.

The product delivery is solid. I haven't installed my muffler yet, but will soon! Can't wait to verify the product performance!

Great product, great price and fast delivery. It was an open box so didn't come with instructions but pretty self explanatory how to install.
