First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.
American Muscle literally has anything I could ask for when wanting to upgrade and improve the persofmance and cosmetics on my S550 mustang. All of the parts I received were built to tight specifications and not made of cheap material. The gloss black louvers and trunk spoiler matched my factory black paint color to the point you could not tell a color difference. I'm more than satisfied with my purchases and will continue to do business with American Muscle in the future!
The site is easy to navigate and I found everything I was looking for, I am eligible for a discount for being a military veteran and that matters to me. You have quality products and customer service has been great in the past.
I ordered a $6,300 Pro-Charger and it has been the worst experience ever. All I get from this company is Oh, we just sell it, we can not give you any information about your order or the product, you will have to call Pro-Charger direct. I have bought many items over the years, but will never by another item from this company. My order has been delayed many times due to questions that should have been asked when I ordered the item. I keep getting emails and phone calls saying my order has been delayed again, until they get more info from me. I have spent hours on the phone with them, trying to get in touch with someone. When I do get in touch with someone, I have the wrong person and the put me back into the start of the automated call instead of sending me directly to the department I need. I finally got tired of going back to the start and asked them to transfer me directly to department I need to talk to, and they did it, but I had to ask for them to do it. Very poor customer service. This is the worst experience I have ever had, especially when I have spent over $6,000. I do not recommend anyone ordering a Pro-Charger from American Muscle because they are simply a middleman. They do not know anything about Pro-Charger, how long it will take to ship, no product information what-so-ever other than what you can look up yourself online, no tech. Support at all, they simply refer you to Pro-Charger. So why order from American Muscle when all they do is refer you to Pro-Charger for everything, and they are making money off you, to simply refer you to Pro-Charger for all the information.
Tip for consumers:
American Muscle are simply middlemen for this product and know nothing about the shipping, tech. support, when I call they tell me I have to call Pro-Charger to get any information about the product I ordered and how long it will take to ship, or even where it is in the shipping process, they simply tell me to call Pro-Charger, they can not help me. This is totally crazy, they should not be able to sell this product, if they are simply going to tell the customer to call Pro-Charger.

The H pipe woke her up a bit. Definitely louder on acceleration but nice and quiet while cruising. Still has a nice deep tone.

The Sunroof visor fit perfectly and I am very impressed how much noise it cancelled out from all the wind and I must note that the visor doesn't rattle or make any noise for that matter. I took it on the freeway with the moon roof open and it was perfect. I was a little nervous at how it would look but now that it is on I have to say I like the look of my car even more. Site i trust
Purchased this part because it is advertised as having a 3 inch inlet size but it has a 2.25" inlet. Only giving 2 stars because I was given a partial refund in the form of store credit and customer service was ok overall. But beware if you are purchasing this item that it definitely does not have a 3" inlet.
Not sure. So far the only thing that I have purchased from AM that has shown up as described and undamaged were some quarter window stickers.

The spark plugs are pretty straightforward. The spoiler was packaged very nicely. No marks, scratches or blemishes. Excellent condition. Would recommend to anyone.
Good prices and quality parts. The website is very user friendly. I love the fact that you have a video for every part or application that either displays the product or a how to on the install. It works well for understanding the product you're getting or how it looks on customers cars. Nice job guys!
I ordered a ford performance drive shaft. It's a great product that's super nice but the mounting hardware for the rear end is the Allen head screws go ahead and save yourself the trouble and get the 6" Allen's that you can attach to a socket wrench and save some time other than that it's a pretty straight forward install and great product

Because the website is very easy to use. The customer service is also really good. I like reading real people’s reviews underneath the product I’m looking at and love seeing the pictures as well. I’ve been purchasing ever since I got my mustang a few years ago and haven’t looked back.
Bought these thinking they would be somewhat decent quality. I was poorly mistaken. Someone was a little too happy with sealant and it's all over the rubber and then the fitment itself is trash. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Put these on my 2000 GT mustang. Not able to test out performance wise due to a battery drain situation I got going on. I'm in the works of fixing it. But quality wise they're very nice!
Ordered part never shipped, agreed to refund, part shows up 8 days later no tracking number. Lost a customer, fair warning, in stock is not always true. Refund is hard to get. Customer service is a joke.
