First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.

Product was exactly what I ordered. The shipment came on time and very easy to install.
American muscle always has what I need and some things I did not know I needed. Their website is pretty smooth and straightforward easy to find things. And they also support military and first responders.
I was going to order from Rockauto but I got free shipping from AM so I ordered braided brake lines through them instead. The order came FedEx 2 days after it shipped. Can't wait to install the lines along with my new front brake calipers, pads and rotors. Stopping power

They have what i need
Can't rate on product as haven't got it yet. But for service, it's off to a rocky start. I order a few interior dressing pieces. Chrome accents but one I ordered was satin not chrome. As soon as I clicked pay I noticed. So I emailed immediately after(as it was night time) to get it switched for a chrome one. The next day I got a reply saying sorry it's to late orders out. Wait till I get it to return it and get correct one. The shipping alone to Canada costs as much as many of the products. Now I will

Good selection for mustangs
The parts available seem to have a great selection. And most parts ship pretty quickly.
The louvers are lovely, however they are a bit undersized. The louvers do not completely fill the gap.
I choose American muscle because I appreciate their insight and attention to detail. These louvers are nice. I wanted gloss, but after waiting for a restock for a while I settled on matte black. I'm satisfied with the look, however it does leave room for improvement.

Wheels and tire combo
I got the part for my 2010 mustang. I purchased a new 2024 mustang GT 5.0 and need a new catalog for mods to cover the 2024 stang. Thanking you in advance for your time

I placed an order for a part on my vehicle, which is very expensive. It was supposed to fit my vehicle. It did not. I tried to do a new return. I got nothing but we can't do this. It's too early. You have to wait two days all I asked for was a new return label by email so I could return the product that you sent me that was inferior did not fit my vehicle, as I said, I am very unsatisfied with it. I got nothing but a hard time. I'm still waiting to do this return again as I said I've got nothing but a hard time and a lot of we can't do this. We can't do that and you have to wait well how long do I have to wait to return a $500 part for my car that does not fit you tell me.

Ordered wheels over a year ago received incorrect centre caps and couldn't get a straight answer when the correct ones where going to be shipped. Fast forward a year later got billed for a replacement set then gave me a store credit which I'll probably never use.

Very bad service when you are in Canada!
My parts is lost and Americanmuscle.com waste my time and my money since 3 weeks! Never i will rebuy on my life!
He doesn't refund my DriveShaft Shop 4inch aluminium! I have buy another DSS on another business and now it cost my 2 times! Worst scam compagny i never seen of my life! Always lie with the Chat and each days always lie and waste of time! Never solution for keep customer happy! Never want reship another item! No Always stupid answer! Very Bad Service! And now i don't have my money back! Canada Customer Must never buy at this Scam website!

Offer a better variety of supplies needed
Got an exhaust for my car and shipping said it was going to be arriving Thursday, but really it arrived Tuesday till two days early and I didn't have to pay for that shipping option. It was the free shipping fantastic

Had the product I needed
4 shocks shipped to me individually all came in damaged and or missing hardware. Customer service said would take a week to get replacement back to me after all the pictures and everything were submitted. Returned item and only gave 1 shipping label for 4 items. Had to purchase a box to put them all in and didn't get reimbursed for that either even though they shipped them all to me just opened and individually.
It was a known brand I thought would have good customer service

Boxes came damaged and opened with missing hardware. Spoke to customer service and was informed it would take a week to have new parts by the time you submit photos, photos reviewed, product return, then new product sent out. Parts and boxes look used and like a prior return that were just taped back up without even checking.
