Experience was fine except that I ordered two struts at the same time, but they had two diferent confirmation numbers and were delivered on two different days.

I received my brade and Rotor set quickly. The products are good quality and they were a breeze to install. Took maybe an afternoon. All in all, a great experience with American Muscle.

No problem with site as it was easy to order from. Recently had 2 orders with estamed arrival times, 1 was on time the other was early and made scheduling work out perfectly.

Checkout was fast. I got new brakes/rotors, AM said it was going to be 1 package but instead they were shipped in 2, got them 3 days apart and did not get any notification 2nd package was delivered.

Product was simple to install and looks fantastic. If you're worried about install don't worry it is super easy. Took about 10 minutes to put on both parts

Great price on a cold air intake for my 2022 Mustang GT. It was an easy install and looks great. My hands were too big to get the sound tube off so I cut the tube and plugged it with a wine cork.

Shipping was fast, yes, but Cannot use the kit I ordered for a 2009 mustang.
Don't know the history of the spoiler whether it was factory or aftermarket, all I know is that it is secured with 4 studs and nuts.
Could it be the kit is actually for a different year? Not saying it's a bad kit, it's just not for my spoiler set up. Anyway,
My spoiler has 4 studs attached to it (2 on each side) and is secured from the inside of the trunk lid with 4 - nuts that take a 10 mm socket. Kit came with a very thin roll of double sided tape and 2 metric bolts/ flat washers. There is no way I could have re mounted the spoiler just with 2 bolts and double sided tape when it has 4 studs and nuts. I can see there is a full size gasket under the spoiler.
So, being the car is 15 years old and not having a real gasket that fits under the spoiler, I just laid down a thin neat bead of clear silicone along the outside perimeter of the spoiler.
I had to do it this way because water was going under the spoiler and coming thru 1 of the holes that has the stud going thru it allowing water to collect in the spare tire well. Confirmed by being in the closed trunk with a flashlight and having the hose spraying on the trunk lid. Advise other buyers to talk to a rep first and fully describe your spoiler mounting to make sure the gasket you're ordering will actually work and fit your spoiler.

Organized website; easy to navigate. But the cold air intake I purchased said it did not need a tune, but it caused my check engine light to come on and caused a too rich code.

For about a year and a half I have used American Muscle for many parts for my Mustang Ecoboost and when I came across an issue with a product they sold me, I have never had worse customer service in my life. Not only do they have THE worst call back record but they do not help or care about helping you for a mistake with their company. After 3 weeks of fighting with them, they finally sent me the part I needed and when it arrived it was the wrong part and only a mistake a complete amateur could make. This is the most unprofessional, rude, and uncharismatic business I have ever had to encounter with and I will never use American Muscle again. And to anyone who I discuss with it about, I will tell them to never use this company.

Item was a Christmas Gift for my son. It was showing in stock when I ordered and the I was notified it was out of stock. Item showed up a short while later. AM was very communicative and helpful.

I ordered a part. It was very easy and fast to find what I needed. The part fit perfectly and was shipped and received very fast. Will order all my parts for my Challenger through here.

This company is keeping my money and is keeping my returned product (basically stealing). After I returned the product via Fedex according to their specifics (a 16 mile round trip for me) they still refuse to refind my money, stating that their software is showing something different. Twice they sent me the wrong product….twice! Neither time did they take responsibility for it. I now have no product and they have $53 of my money. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with several sales associates attempting to get this settled. They promised to call me back and never did. This morning, the last sales associate I talked to was rude and treated me as if I was stupid that I could not understand that their software would not allow them to issue a refund (Of course I understand it. As a consumer doing business with them in good faith, I am merely unwilling to accept it.) Call me old fashioned, but I still think that people run companies, not software. I will never do business with them again, and I advise anyone else to find a supplier that is willing to do business with you in good faith. A sad situation, and a complete loss for them. I can't imagine that all the bad reviews I am posting are worth their stealing my 53 dollars? Can their bottom line be that desperate? Sad and disappointed.

"I placed an order for a staggered set of rims on april 19th, it appeared to be in stock on the website but they only sent 2 rims and told me the other 2 where out of stock. After waiting 10 days or so I went ahead and called them to complain about it, the manager was very nice and gave me a credit for one wheel as a compensation for my loss time. It took another 4 long weeks of waiting and finally received an email that the rims were discontinued. I called and they told me they'd send a return label (which they did) and I will be credited for both rims (total of 359.98), once they received they only sent a 139.99 credit to my card. So I had to waste my time again and call them to complain, they refunded that amount because when I got the rims I had a coupon for $40 bucks (when I order my new set they didn't want to let me use it). Finally they refunded the $40 bucks, at this point I have 179.99 (only one wheel) and they promised they would pay for both so I had to waste my time again and call them, after 30 minutes on the line they finally agreed to credit the rest of my money and blamed it in their computer system. I suggest to everybody if they want to purchase from them, DO NOT buy on their website! Call to place any order and make sure they tell you is in stock. Worst experience buying online ever! My package got lost immediately after leaving your facility. Customer service fixed the lost item problem and got me a new one on my doorstep within 3 days.

The exhaust tips I ordered were direct shipped from factory and were poorly wrapped and both had major flaws/chips in powder coating. I returned for a different brand.
