Sorry to say I had a horrible experience with this air intake system it says it fits a 2022 Challenger but it didn't fit my 2022 Challenger one of the airlines is on the wrong side of the intake and I was told by tech support remove it from the vehicle and send it back I was working on it for a few hours very upset had to send back the unit to American Muscle or wherever you are manufacturers

I bought a muffler delete kit for my dodge charger R/T. The system said it fits my vehicle. It was the wrong size, and now I get store credit instead of a refund. Thanks American Muscle for nothing!

I got my delivery on a Sunday. Enough said there right. 3 days is no lie. Fed ex is a little rough with the packages, but A.M. packages well. No damage.

I love the product the only thing I wish was different was if it wasn't shipped by fedex always have to wait a few days after it's supposed to be delivered because they can't meet the 3 day delivery

They were not boxed properly and one of my struts was partially outside the package. There was 8" inside the package for my shocks and struts to slide around in.

It came in 5 days, amazing product with clear directions. I love this company and have ordered many times. The one this is I feel the bolts could have been better quality, I ended up picking some different ones up from my local hardware store for $2 total and they worked a lot better.

I ordered a McLeod flywheel from this website and it arrived with a factory defect. I sent it back on the 11th of July, to get it replaced, under the assumption that it would get a to me within 24 hours of fedex receiving the return package. The return has shipped but it will not get to me until the 17th. My mustang is my only car, and the transmission is out of the car for clutch and flywheel replacement, and I cannot go another week without a working car. I called the support two different times and both times I was told a confusing story about how the 24 hours is not really how it works and all this other stuff that really made no sense. Both times I asked if there was any way I could get a refund since this is such a huge inconvenience and both times I was offered a 20 dollar voucher that expires in 45 days, only useable on my next purchase. This is a pathetic attempt to make up for my situation. I have spent a lot of money, and have been a customer for 4 years on this website and I will no longer be doing so until this situation is fairly resolved. Wish I could give zero stars.

The install was easy and it add to the cars look overall I'm happy with it

Received everything in great condition. The tape that came with it wasn't the best but a quick online search for better tape and Amazon 2 day delivery did the trick.

Ok, I ordered a set of gt350 aluminum fenders for my 16 mustang that were on sight for 699$ a pair, when ( it) came in it was only the left and was dented. So I called for a rma and to tell them I only got one. They said send back and they would get them out to me again. Next shipment I got the right fender and was dented, again RMA for return. Now they are out of stock so they tell me, this is where the scamming comes in) i told them just ship when back in stock. All good just have to wait longer, so I thought. Get first email saying discontinued, second email refunding my money, then they Change the price to 1399 for pair and magically back in stock. I've bought 1000s of dollers and they just bent me over with out a thought about it. I even got pictures of there sight and cost before they tried to scam it away like nothing happens. Don't wast the money on them I did, go to cj ponyparts or LMR..

American muscle is great but open box idk who to blame but my product shouldn't of been sent out regardless. It's condition was horrible. Hopefully I don't ever get disappointed again.

I was expecting to receive my order in a week or more but it only took 2 days! It was packaged well and quick to install. The instructions were a good plus as well.
