First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.
Very good and fast the wing was a little scratched but probably from shipping but over all very good fit and easy install and again the shipping and tracking shipping all fast
They had what I had wanted
We ordered from the website and received the order verification and the expected shipping date. We were surprised when both items we delivered to us before the expected shipping date.
Because they had the desired parts in stock and the price was right.
I ordered the coils and expected them to arrive on Saturday. Was pleasantly surprised to see them on Friday. I got them installed quickly and back on the road.
I have purchased several items in the past and appreciate the informative installation videos that you offer on YouTube. It helps to shorten the learning curve and inspires me to try more complex upgrades in the future.
My order has a problem with the customs in my country because the invoice was not attached to the order, and I had requested that the invoice be attached to the shipment

Items were shipped and delivered timely. Items were new and as advertised, delivered sealed in a Weathertech box. Items fit the vehicle and look great.
I recently purchased some hood struts form American Muscle. They advertised a $30 prepaid Visa Card with the purchase of these struts. Part of the requirements tor receive the rebate is that you need to provide the original UPC code(s) from the product. This is generally on the box that contains the item you are purchasing. When I received the struts from American Muscle, the struts were delivered in a generic box shipping box. I thought the original box would be inside of this generic shipping box and it was not. The struts was placed in Styrofoam and placed inside this generic shipping box. I could not find a UPC code(s) because the struts were not shipped inside its original packaging. The first time I called American Muscle twice they said they would investigate and get back to me by email, nothing ever came of that. I called four days later and spoke to another rep, they put me on hold and after about 8 minutes came back online and said that they would have to reach out to Modern Muscle Design, the company offering the rebate and inquire about the UPC code, a week and a half later no response. I believe that American Muscle is removing these UPC codes and redeeming them themselves.
Love AM! The decklid was on sale which is a plus. It arrived quickly. It was easy to install. Love the fact their are no holes to try and cover up. Looks amazing.

Shopping on the American muscle website for my 2012 mustang convertible is average. Nothing really popped out or grabbed my attention or made me stop what I'm looking for and look at something else. The website is fine, looking for stuff that I need or want is great, items on hand is also great. The biggest issue that I've had is with shipping. I've ordered four things from American muscle two items never showed up. I let American muscle know, they reshipped it and I received it the following week, the second issue for me was the free three day shipping. According to my purchased order, it was promised to be here on a certain date and it was not yes the item showed up a two days later but that's not the point. If the promises made is three days, then the promises should be kept, regardless of who the shipper is. After all is said and done well I continue to shop with American muscle? Most definitely they will just have to put up with my complaining and I will just have to put up with their shenanigans.
I chose to do business with American muscle because they had the item that I liked and on hand. I’ve also shop to other websites for my Mustang, because I feel sometimes American muscle charges a little too much for either the item or shipping.
Everything was great, 3 minor dents in muffler due to poor packaging. Dents not bad enough to send back, but I would suggest C&L package better. Borla packaging was flawless.

Order came 4 days early and parts looked great fit as expected the coming months will tell of their quality although they seem to be pretty nice. Install is easy but time consuming.

I bought a flowamster flow fix cat back system for my 2021 challenger wide body.
The first time I set up and imponent with my mechanic take the system there and found out that I got the wrong quad tips… I was so disappointed then I call customer service set up a return and put a note that make sure ccheck the product before is sensed to my adress. Couple days pass by and gues what I got the wrong item item again…. I call customer service again they promise me that this time I was going to get the right item. I today I got a email saying that my item was delivery I was so exiting finish work early so I can see the item and guess what I got the wrong item and missing item also for the 3 time at this point I am really disappointed with the service from American muscle I will never going to buy something again from this Companny… i this point I just ask for my refund. I call customer service and they make fun of me like is my fault.

Someone, (I'm not gonna mention any names bcus Steve Voudouris will get butthurt) needs to pull there head out of their $#*! and start doing good by these pissed off customers.
I'm a US Marine who was looking to purchase a bunch of trash (no pun intended) from this company for my Stang, NOT NO MORE!

Upgraded my front upper strut mount.
Replaced all my rear sway bar bushings.
Overall very well experienced ordered a Mishimoto radiator, Mishimoto thermostat, and SVT radiator cooling fan for my 2013 mustang gt due to overheating issues all but the radiator cooling fan have come in but that it's due to typical fedex delivery it's been in transit at the same facility for 7 days waiting to see if it moves tomorrow if not I'll probably be calling AmericanMuscle for a refund or reorder as I am skeptical that fedex has lost the shipment and hasn't kept me or AmericanMuscle updated which wouldn't be the first
