Placed an order for 02 sensor's, cancelled it the same day when realizing it wouldn't arrive until over a week later, was promised a refund, 2 days later still says hasn't shipped, but hadn't received my refund, said they cancelled and filed for lost package, promised refund 3-5 days, no refund, reached out a 3rd time and they said that it's arriving tomarrow it finally started moving and that I'll have to send it back for my refund. Honestly, y'all dropped the ball on that one. Will never buy from them again. *UPDATE* This all started on the 17th, it is now the 30th. Lady called to follow up on my review, was no help at all and said it was expected to be delivered today and to return it in order to get my refund. I told her that it says it's being delivered today in CT. I live in SC. Verified my address. I stated that it was returned to sender, and again she said that's not what it says on her end. I offered screenshots, she said she couldn't help me any further and to reach out if it didn't arrive. Can you guess what happened next? OF COURSE it didn't arrive. I swear I'll never be ordering from them again, and I'll let everyone know how terrible they're service is. With that being said i reached out again for my refund, provided screen shots on the website, and they said they would process a refund that may take 2-3 business days. It's Thursday. Literally the 4th time I've been promised a refund. FOURTH TIME. We will see.

I called this morning -spoke with Jason B in your sales dept -I asked for a 275/35/18 Sumitumo HTR Z5 tire - Explained I have a 9 in wheel it would go on -he proceeded to tell me I needed a 265/35/18 and sold me it. I work for a Ford dealer and have a tech here that does all way work on my Mustang -I asked my tech about the 265/35/18 - he told me that tire is for 9.5 in wheel and up - which I also looked up that tire on your website and the information was plainly printed on the tire information. I called and texted Jason back (literally minutes after I hung up with him on the original order) - It took Jason 30 minutes to get back in touch with me -he then tells me that he cannot stop or change the order - switches me to your customer service dept - and the lady there explains the same situation - I find this to be bs -a large company like yourselves should be able to stop or change orders - so she agreed to send me a return shipping label so when the tires get her, I can send them back. -But have to wait for a credit on the money I spent (which is also bs) - instead of changing my order and using same money -versus me having to place new order and charge another payment - If Jason B had sold me the tire I asked for to begin with -none of this crap would have gotten on my nerves today. I am just glad that I asked my tech about the tire and called back -versus going off your salesperson's advice/sales and gotten the tires he sold me and they would not have worked for my wheels and I would have been even madder than I am now. I am in customer service with a Ford dealer for 32 years now and this whole process has been mind blowing to say the least.

Always comes early never received a damaged item as of yet and don't expect it because good packaging.
