OMG!! The view is just spectacular. It was even better than I could imagine. To watch the gorgeous sunrise, was just breathtaking. We had trouble connecting to the internet. But had it sorted in no time, with Peter's quick replies. It was great to have an open plan kitchen/lounge area. Family could sit watching tv, make something in the kitchen, or just sit in dining area. Yet we could still chat with each other, but not feel like we were in each other's pockets. Comfy beds. There are so many great pubs and restaurants, Hard Rock Cafe all within walking distance. The White Rhino restaurant next door had such great service and food. We went back again, 2 days later. If you want everything at your finger tips, this is the place for you. I will be talking about this apartment for years to come. Thanks Peter.
What a place !!! Worth every cent. Amazing views and sensational apartment, the whole family loved staying at the soul in this awesome sub penthouse. Everything was better than expected and very easy to use and access all the best parts of Surfers Paradise. Highly recommended to all.
Peter and his team (esp Mark) are excellent in ensuring our stay in his accomodation a pleasant one. The apartment fits all the description provided. It's clean, conveniently located and the views are stunning. Definitely will consider staying there again should we visit Gold Coast.
We were amazed with the million dollar views and how central we were to everything. This will be our new home every time we stay down at the Gold Coast. This is a perfect location if you want to just relax and enjoy the local area as you don't need a vehicle to get around.
Location of this apartment is perfect!! Very spacious with all modern amenities. Lift literally opens onto Cavill ave so everything is at your fingertips. Apartment was right in amongst the busy strip of Cavill ave, with big stacker doors that opened up onto the deck area to watch it all go by. Stacker was sound cancelling when closed which was great. Peter was fantastic on arrival. Gave us a full tour and run down on everything. All correspondence leading up to our arrival and coming to the end of our stay was awesome. Would recommend this apartment to all, families, groups etc. Thanks Peter!
Outstanding views! Prime location and such an open living space. This place was the perfect stay for a little get away in the Gold Coast. Everything you need is literally at your finger tips when staying here. Woolworths for any of your needs, restaurants, bottle shops and even public transport. Perfect spot for a little get away in the Gold Coast!
Guess that it's very important for people to have such services like this one because you can easily apply to this company and get a free consultation about renting an apartment. I faced such a situation and I extremely needed a company which would help me with my living issues. So, I found this one and i was very happy, because I got a free consultation and they managers here wanted to help me with my situation. In my opinion, these managers are the most responsive and reliable I have ever seen. Highly recommend this place for those who have the same issues.
Great location, love the sea view from balcony. It is the best place to stay, centre to wherever you wanna go, tram is just walking distance from this place. You can even whip and cook your own dishes here. It's amazing and I truly love this place. Would def come back and recommend my family and friends to stay here. Thank you for this amazing place :)

The location is fabulous and the views spectacular! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the best place to stay at Surfers. We also made use of the amenities in Peppers like the gym, pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Our family of 7 would definitely return and stay in this apartment. Peter and the Apartment Stay staff were very professional and accomodating with our requests, well done and thank you :)
