IOS 15!

I recently bought Iphone 12 and I am amazed by it's functions and camera! IOS 15 is great os and gives it's users every option you can think of! The camera to text feature is really helpful and redesign of safari gives so much better overview of the opened tabs and websites. Great job!

Apple has always had excellent technology products from the iPod to the MacBook computer. Easy to setup and use most all products with great customer service. The only downfall that I didn't give 5-Star is pricing! It's getting harder and harder to spend up to $1000 for an iPhone every 2 years along with pricey laptops. Otherwise, Apple has great products.

This is my first Apple phone I have had androids for 15 years. Apple phones are the biggest piece of $#*! in the world. You got a pay for everything when the $#*! takes your money you can't get your money back they make up a boatload of $#*! about it. I bought a $#*!ing Apple gift card that's supposed to have 16 numbers I had 14 numbers and these mother$#*!ers are still tying up my money something that's on them. I will never ever buy another $#*!ing Apple as long as I live.

Blast past fast.
5G speed. A14 Bionic, the fastest chip in a smartphone.
An edge-to-edge OLED display. Ceramic Shield with four times better drop performance. And Night mode on every camera. IPhone 12 has it all — in two perfect sizes.

The best

It is impossible to argue with the quality of this company. Hands down the best products I have ever used. My ipod, macbook pro and iphone 5 are in amazing condition after so much time. I'm a grown man admitting to being an Apple fanboy.

The reason that "haters gonna hate" on Apple is because of the price. Moreover, they're not willing to accept Apple in the market, whereas, the many adapted to the Windows OS platform over any other. Understood, but they haven't checked Apple's offerings careful enough (which is a sad thing.)

If you checked thoroughly on this website, even that $500 Mac Mini is worth every single bit. Of course, maybe the MacBook Pro is even better, but just because I have one myself doesn't mean you should take my word for it.

So doubt me and continue saying "Oh no, the price is too expensive... rich idiots." However, understand that, for all of you Windows users who don't wish to completely give up Windows, Macs can run Windows OSes... even better. That's my opinion.

Once again lied to by Apple's customer service agents. I had given them a 2nd chance after a poor experience with them several years ago. Against my better judgement I recently bought another Apple product and 2 months later it's stopped working for no apparent reason. Customer service was awful & still not resolved.
I have no trust in this giant of a company who consistantly treat their customers appallingly.

I sent it in to apple to get repaired. It was a no service error that I was told is an apple issue. They found something wrong with my camera, that worked just fine before the no service issue. Now they want me to pay them over $300 to have it repaired when it was sent in for a glitch in their software! I am so frustrated with something that costs so much!

Instead of new products I won't buy, how about making sure products less than two years old don't stop working (esp after responsible use)? Or even customer service that is reasonably priced, actualky helpful, and not a months long project... My 30 yr okd super nintendo works just fine; you have billions of dollars - think different like your $#*!ing ghandi commercials

Airpods 1&2 generation.

Apple airpods $#*!ing suck. Once you loose an airpod you will have to actually connect it into your ear to find it. Isn't that just so $#*!ing dumb? Sound has bad quality after a year (yes even if you clean it). I'm not sure how to explain it but there's like 3 small speakers in one single airpod. Either 1 or 2 of them stop working and i have to wear them in a weird way to actually hear sound. Don't waste your money on 100 dollar Bluetooth headphones. Get yourself some on Amazon for 29 bucks.

I am iPhone 5s user for past 6 months, I must say it is totally worth of its price. Im simply the fan of the innovative technology that Apple offers to its users. Such as speaking of my handset, it opens almost every app without a lag, and the amazing touch response just smooth as silk. Touch ID is another innovative security feature added to this gadget for a fully-secured and authorized access. Moreover, I have also insured my device with syncNScan to leave no stone unturned from accidental damage/theft, liquid damage or data compromises from any damage. For such a classy phone, everyone deserves a robust insurance protection.

Apple Refuses
February 25, 2024

A couple of days ago I accidentally tapped on Apple TV Plus which took out 9.99 from my account. Once I realized I had made an error I disputed the charge. Both times I was denied a refund. Today I called Apple and I was told I wasnt eligible for a refund. I ask the representative what the eligibility policies for a refund. Both the representative and her supervisor couldn't tell me the eligibility requirements that I would have to contact there legal department. Sounds crazy? Because it is crazy. I've been an Apple customer for 20 years. I'm done with Apple.

The people there are awful! I am full of awe for how bad they are! I can never get a straight answer about why my ipad doesnt work. It's always someone elses fault, or mine for not doing this update or plugging it in wrong. What the hell does that even mean!? If its plugged in wrong it wont charge and I wont be using it! I wish the first farmer had found out how to grow those red fruits and called them dum$#*!bags, then I feel like everyone would know this company for who is employed there!

HORRIBLE SERVICE

Bought an iphone 14 pro max 3months ago and the camera freezes. I took it in for repair its going to be two days before i can get it repaired. Sure its covered under the manufacturers warranty, but i run an auction business on ebay and other sites. I\m now completely locked out for the two days because everything requires a two step log in. They should either provide a loaner phone of make sure they have enough techs to provide same day service. Thats around $800 in income that im losing those two days because i cant manage or ship anything out. This is very frustrating this will definitely be my last iphone.

I bought a new iPhone and iPad and had to call Apple Care numerous times for support. Literally, the technician typed in my question so they could find the answer to my question. They have had little training and cost me time in getting a resolution. They used to have great support and now it is less than mediocre.

I wish I could put negative 300 stars. I got the Mac Mini 2018 version because I thought I could upgrade the RAM by myself because apple fu ckta rds charge their exorbitant prices for easy basic stuff you can do with no issues on a PC. I got the RAM and installed it. Upgrading the RAM on a mac is a long process. After having it put back together, the display doesn't work and won't be detected by my monitor. Ready to toss the $1,500 crap in the trash where it belongs. Screw apple.

Lost Glory

This Apple user since 2008 has become soured by their selling of bug and virus filled add ons, not vetting products made by other suppliers, manipulative ways and intrusiveness sweetened by lies. They too quickly drop support for earlier products and home office systems. Their Safari browser is structured to compromise user privacy. The OSX is too bloated and rigid. Their HELP files are barebones and focused on mobile functions. My freedom to remove unwanted apps has been taken away.

Love and hate
