I sent another survey about my Amazon 30.00 gift card. Well I never received either. Just got my 10.00 eBay card and that is it. I have sent numerous messages via InboxDollars and no reply back. I really love the site and get my points but I am giving 30 days for a response and if I don't get one I am deleting my account and putting a negative review on BBB.
I used various models of iPhones for about 11 years. Today I use iPhone 14. After updating iOS to 17.7 versions and later from iOS 16. I can't connect mobile internet in roaming almost never, I don't have "wi-fi calling " option, while I have all this when using the same SIM card in my old iPhone XR. But the most disappointing is the reaction of Apple Support. Instead of any support on the issues they just started transferring me from technical support to sales office with no positive result on my problems. Means just ignore my issues and showing me it, by doing like this. They don't care about their customers any more they do not respect their customers and started produce non quality phones and software. Next I better buy Android I think.
I was scammed into buying NZD500 worth of I-Tunes Gift Cards 8 weeks ago. Fortunately, I realised very quickly, contacted Apple and they managed to disable the cards so they didn't incur any expense. However, it took me 2 weeks via the "Customer Service Centre" to satisfy their demands re paperwork etc. Finally they were satisfied and the Refunds Dept took over. I was told it could take between 3 to 6 weeks for the refund to be processed. Today is week 6 and I still don't have my refund. I feel that the whole Apple experience has made the fact of losing my money even more stressful and feel that I am running out of options.
Don't deal with Apple if you want a refund or decent service!
Horrible! DO NOT USE SIGN IN WITH APPLE. It seems convenient in the moment but if you ever switch to android apple will lock you out of all your accounts and make is extremely annoying to get access to them again. If you don't have your old iPhone, good luck unfreezing your apple ID so you can actually sign in to anywhere. They force you to confirm on one of their phones. But here's the thing, my phone is completely useless and broken! (Also apple's fault to begin with.) So now I have to go through this whole convoluted process to *maybe* get my passwords back. Wish I just never used the service. Reminds me why I switched in the first place... apple shoots themselves in the foot and makes everything 10x more complicated than it needs to be.
I was a loyal Apple customer for 40 years and bought dozens and dozens of apple products. On Sunday, Apple took a working computer to nothing. They knew they had goofed up and said they would repair it for free. When they got the true cost of fixing what they had done, they reneged. I will never buy another product of Apple ever again. I will never recommend them. In three days they have completely destroyed 40 years of loyalty. This is not how you treat a longtime customer whom you burned through an inept, incompetent technical support person. Accept the responsibility and make it right or lose us forever. It's become a company that doesn't care about its customers or about customer loyalty.
Apple hasn't been doing nothing but letting me down for the past few months, I've had my iPhone. They require billing information when you're trying to download a free app that's all I have to say. Constant horrible customer service unresponsive. They're very quick to take your money, but it takes almost a month to get a refund not worth it at all. The price tag is far too high for such a garbage UI. You're basically paying for a scam. Great job Apple you $#*!ing suck.

I have owned so many macbooks. They are built to last. Applecare is fantastic and usually I get a white glove service if I need something repaired. I always buy the extended applecare and it pays for itself.
I sent me apple headphones to get fixed at apple they changed my product to a cheap bt headphones and telling me the found a non-apple product. They are not willing to take responsibility for changing it. I guess i just expected more from them as i was planning to move to apple but with recent events i am totally disappointed in them
Apple replaced its gift card sleeve that cards comes in and when purchased and open the cards are damaged codes or not readible apple will not refund or replace cards and puts all blame on stores where bought from and stores will not replace or refund nither.
A lot of people are getting No to warranty issues related to corrosion damage. It must be happening when it gets made in humid climates, how do you explain so many angry customers saying they didn't spill anything on the products that are almost new? If not days old?

In the last few weeks I have tallied up 4 hours dealing with a new defective accessory. I was dropped over 8 times in 2 discussions with Apple employees. Each time I had to go through the whole situation completely down to all my info. I will never buy another IPad ( I have 4) nor will I buy any other accessories again. It seems like the employees are made to string you along. Never again! There are other products just as good at half the price and frustration. They then screwed up the defective return of a $29 item. They sent me an email to go 300 miles to R. I to pick up replacement. I live in Northern Vermont near Canada. I would recommend throwing the new defective item away and never look back.
Do not trust this company with nothing don't purchase their iCloud serves as its simply a waste of money as i was told by a company agent that by purchasing the iCloud i would never lose my pictures and they would be safe even if I lost my phone!? As i have recently found that is defiantly incorrect and would suggest to stay away from this company and take your business elsewhere as Samsung has better serves than apple any day they also are supported by google witch is one of the best places to store your information!
I bought a brand new iPhone 13 pro from apple.com. It came in with someone else's credit card information on the apple wallet. I would go shopping but I'm not that guy. I called and asked for a convenient resolution and they didn't have one. I have to go down to a retailer and have them exchange instead of sending a new one out. And in addition they don't have the phone I ordered anywhere. It is blatant disregard for the privacy act. Buyer beware. They lost a 15 year dedicated apple family of 4. Hello Samsung
Warning customer of +15 Apple only wants your money to fix their phones they did a diagnostics on my I phone 12, only to find it's not in "warranty " basically you pay money for them to fix it or they don't even if it's a cause of the phone not working. The diagnostics was I need a new screen since the touch screen stopped working properly one day, and the cost was $365 dollars Canadian! Apple doesn't care about customer loyalty or satisfaction when they make billions this is outrageous
