Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.

“ASOS Sent me old worn shoes!”

Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.

I really like the idea of my dress, but the horizontal stripes were just too overwhelming on me. It would be prettier with fewer stripes at the bottom of the hem. Other than that, I loved it and the flowered pattern with the stripes is beautiful.

This is my third time ordering on ASOS, and each time I've had to ship an item back. The "fit visualizer" and "size guide" is absolute rubbish. Either the item comes extremely big or very tight. I'm supposed to be a "16" according to the website yet when I ordered a dress in June it was more like a 22, and when my jeans arrived yesterday (I ordered them in 18!) they were more of a 14. Since I live in Canada I have to drive to usa to ship it back which is extremely annoying. I wish the sizes were more reliable as I absolutely love the clothing.

Tip for consumers:
Order a size up. Don't rely on the size chart, rely on what clothing size you normally wear.

They shipped me the wrong product by mistake. Then then said in order to return this product I would have to pay to send it back to them. Even though this was a company error, they did not take response for their mistake. They wanted me to pay out of pocket for a company error

Ordered size 10 shoes, received size 8
Almost two weeks later still haven't received the correct size shoes, customer care keeps asking to come back after 48 hours...which I do and they apologise again, with those pre-written bullsh. Scripts and ask me to come back in 48 hours. Awful and frustrating

Contacted asos customer service and was offered zero help. They would not contact the courier to resolve, I eventually had to cancel the order and now have the hassle of trying to get a refund from asos! Was a regular customer, but now I will never buy from asos again!

HORRIBLE! NEVER order from them. Their customer service is the worst and they will never send stuff or forget to send it and u have to contact them on your own or they will take your money. Worst clothing store ever. Would give them 0 stars if i could

Wrost app ever, they just cancell your order without reason, and you just keep loosing money on fees, bad quality products too, angents lying everytime saying '' your order its shipped '' then got email order its cancelled, don't buy here all scammers.

I'm so done with this website! They have lack of customer care, the customer service is the worst in the world! The customer service will serve you like $#*!! They don't respect customer right to receive news from your order!
In my case,
They automatically refund my order without notice or whatsoever even i have paid my custom charges! I asked the customer service and they don't know about it and don't care about it and just shut down the whole conversation while you ask for further information.

Ordered a jacket, they sent it two sizes too big. Contacted customer service and they said I had to complete a new order to get it replaced. I reordered and sent back the first jacket and got EXACTLY the same size as before even though they assured me it wouldn't happen again. Contacted customer service again as my refund still hadn't come through after 4 weeks even though they said it would take 21 days.
Just got an email saying I need to add my credit card to my account because they can't refund through PayPal. Clicked the link to do so and it's not working.

I'm so incredibly disappointed in this company. It's been almost two months since I ordered the first time and it's been non stop garbage since. Do NOT order from this company. Not worth the risk.

Asos has men now modelling women's clothing. I thought I was shopping women's clothing. There was a male model wearing a bikini. The cloth barely cover his giant $#*!. Next Asos will be posting $#*! pics supposedly selling clothing.

Horrible customer service you can't even find an email address on their site to get in touch, everything is virtual and when the rep has had enough they end the chat. I purchased a jacket and a necklace back in October the quality was cheap and full of pulled threads AND I had to pay an extra $15 in duty upon arrival so my $77 order is now $92, I returned everything at another cost to me of $22.40 order is now $115. Talked to a virtual assistant said they never received my return, I gave them the tracking number and she agreed to refund my $77 but when I asked about the additional $37 in duties and return costs the chat all of a sudden ended. BUYER BEWARE

On April 16th, 2023, I received a notification that my order was delivered. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I tried to chat with ASOS's representative and the robot assistant was a mess. A month has passed and I still have not yet received any response regarding this matter. I am very disappointed at ASoS. The customer service is useless and there is no form of getting fiscally in touch with a live representative.

I moved and didn't change my address on asos. While I was finishing my order they asked me for my address and I entered my new address. After 2 hours, I've noticed that my old address is still in shipping field. I chatted with customer service and they said it was impossible to change it. That I entered only billing address. So my $200 order is going to someone else and nothing can be done. Just after 2 hours of placing my order! If they cared they would ask me to confirm my shipping address not only billing address. Billion company that doesn't care about its customers!

Extremely angry at ASOS for not having any form of communication. My order was "delivered" but was never at my address. It was a gift using a gift card and haven't been able to even track its where about or get a refund because ASOS doesn't have any customer care. VERY Sad.

This is bad really bad... first they charge you extensively for delivery when it says free delivery on your receipt. I was charged 70$ for a 250$ bill. The time before that i couldnt exchange a jacket i had bought on their site. I had to pay 15 to get o
It at the post office. Pay 22.40$ to send it back and had to repurchase the item again with no possible rebate except for the CA15 code. I think thats it for me and Asos...

My order came with a damaged bottom and the top was missing. I waited to open the product because I purchased it out of season to discover it like this and I need a calling card to even talk to anyone.

Worst company ever!
Send the clothes back unworn, just how I got them, because they were too small!
Didn't get a refund because they said I was wearing the clothes.
Never worn them, because they didn't fit me
Just sent them back how I got them!
Smelly and worn before
No customer service to talk to …

They are stealing money from people!

The second issue i had occurred when i placed an order that was lost by the carrier. The tracking notified me that the package was set to be delivered to me 2 days before my delivery date that ASOS advised. However, the carrier lost the package. When i contacted ASOS they told me that i still had to wait until it was THEIR delivery date before they would do anything about the issue. The customer service rep who was chatting with was completely rude and told me that i still needed to wait, even after i told her that the package was lost by the carrier so the point of having to wait seemed worthless. You would think that when a customers' package is lost they would just reship the item and cancel the lost the one but no. They are very dismissive and very unhelpful.

Been shopping with ASOS for 5 years now and never had a bad experience. A few times a parcel arrived a few days late. It is true, ASOS' customer service offers pretty generic emails but if I had to return the item I always got refunded. Btw, I live in Slovenia, Europe.

My order was a package of 8 items, i ordered at 17 july, i paid fast delivery in two days, the order delayed for 6 days, noone answer me at the carrier company, the asos customer care didnt reached the customer care of the carrier and they dont answer the phone, and noone called us from them to deliver the order

I love that they offer 'Curve' and I love their low price points but recently I had a really poor service experience that has made me weary. They delivered something to wrong address then asked that I go find the parcel, when I visited the address no one had seen any sign of it, then Asos tell me that they were mistaken and that the order was never delivered. Now the items are on way back to warehouse and I'm being refunded - I have to re-order (subject to stock) if I want the items. Really bad experience guys!

Asos is a great site for buying clothes from retailers when they are out of stock on their website. For instance, I had my eye on these Kurt Geiger boots a few months ago and I was gutted when they went out of stock on the Kurt Geiger website but I was lucky enough to find them on Asos AND they had been reduced! So I was pretty chuffed about that.

The other thing I like about Asos is everything is all under one roof, its just easier that way. I hate having to browse the web for clothes, I'll have a million tabs open just to see who is selling what and where is cheapest. At asos I know I'll be getting great prices plus I can browse and filter by what I'm looking for so much more easily.

They sent my package to the wrong address. Didn't send me a new one. My package was lost. Didn't get my outfit for a wedding I was invited to. They took long to answer to my email. Didn't even give me a store credit to apologize. Will never order from them again!

I returned items using asos instructions (received link), this does not generate a trackingnumber. Have Been waiting two months for the refund, which i Will not receive without a trackingnumber.
I find it hard to believe that a package that i received in less than a week from ordering, should take over two months to return to them. Even without a trackingnumber, the packages should still be processed upon return to them.
My impression is they keep the items and the Money as long as you cannot provide a trackingnumber. Who knew that receipts from your local postoffice is not proof of payments/shipment?
Will never order there again, and DO NOT recomend anybody to shop there.
Customer service is horrible, they follow script and does not answer any questions.

Completely miserable purchasing experience. I ordered nike (expensive) shoes, paid the tax too. BOOM! I got the wrong shoes. I sent it back to Asos right away, explaining them it was the wrong shoes and all my wishes are to get my money back. Its been a month and guess what? I haven't got my money back! I wrote them above 20 emails, and chats with the costumer service trying to check again and again if they have received the shoes, its been a month so it makes sense they would. All they had to say is "wait till 21 business than will pass, and only then we will check. Than u will have to wait 10 more business days to have your money back". Why do I have to wait so long to receive more than 300 euros for mistake they have made? Simply don't buy from Asos, believe me- its not worth it.
