My daughter and my 17 yrs old son took my car to get an estimate, she was told she will get an email with the quote. Two days later my daughter received an email asking to send the picture of the car's VIN number.
I responded to his email with the VIN number asking why didn't you take a picture when the car was there. No response what's so ever.
Obviously he's upset. Why didn't you take a picture of my car VIN when it was there?
