Excuse of the month
November 1, 2017

The excuse for not having anything for November is that the weather is bad and the electricity is out. Every month is a new excuse, but the site labels the correct month. You click on it, thinking it is posted, and it is not there. Is it jut a ploy to make you return again and again ad give the site traffic>

I Used to be a reader... BUT Not any more! The reason? Exactly what all the other reviewers say! Her business strategy is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards us " the readers ". I found many other astrologers, who really have a passion on what they do and they offer a very informative content and reliable / accurate forecasts for free and on time either on their personal websites or on their youtube channels!

One word... Fraud.
December 2, 2016

Terrible! I have registered a complaint with the better business bureau about a video that I ordered and didn't receive a working link for, the link led to an advertisement and not the video that I purchased. The customer service was slow to respond, and when they did they were useless. Finally Susan responded and expected me to be responsible for being "patient". Well, my patients ran out right then and there and I asked for a refund. Long story short... I had to call my bank and have them stop payment because she did not have the integrity to return my money herself. There is now an astrologyzone.com page on the BBB website that features her business info and takes complaints. I encourage ever one to use it at the first sign of non delivery. I also became aware of the notion that she deliberately posts her horoscopes late because it drives up the activity of her page and she gets more money for advertisement. She then claims that she is very ill to get sympathy, but has been seen in public looking perfectly well. This is a disturbing business practice to say the least. There has been an article written on this very underhanded practice by her. Well, at this point... I wouldnt read her scopes if she payed me! Fraud!

Consistently late
October 1, 2016

Used to read this faithfully, now have found other, far more accurate forecasts. The new site design is horrendous (I've been a graphic designer for over 30 years) Endless not so subtle plugs within the forecasts for a litany of her other products. The first of the month comes and goes with always some creative excuse; it's the one consistent aspect of the site. I know people say well she's very busy with a million other paying jobs and the monthly scopes are done for free... well there are plenty of ads on the site and honestly if you are providing a service that is calendar-based then why be surprised when the public becomes annoyed when you don't produce on the first of the month and yet somehow find the time to tweet and post photos of personal appearances?

It is not the content of this site that is bad - though there are many other astrology sites that offer the same or better information.

The problem lies in the fact that the author Susan Miller knows when the first of the month is coming around and she is almost always late posting her monthly horoscopes. It is unprofessional and it is insulting to her fans. She comes up with excuses time after time-5/14-intestinal problems; 4/14-the IT man was sick; Feb 28 2014 - tweeted that she is running late with the March horoscope; February's work was on time as was January's.

Here is what I find particularly unprofessional - On her website for May 1,2014, it is posted that she is ill with possible food poisoning and is on medicine and going to the doctor for tests. I feel bad that she is ill. At the same time, however, she tweeted seven times. She is too ill to complete her column but not too ill to tweet? I also am uncomfortable with the fact that illnesses, injuries, and other assorted calamities occur right when she is supposed to be posting her monthly horoscope information.

My suggestion is this - have your monthly horoscopes completed and posted several days before the first of the month. A horoscope that is read in the past tense - even by a day or two - is worthless.
