I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
Vincent was great! Super fast and accommodating. One thing I didn't like was that the phone is supposedly not water resistant with the replacement screen. Imagine it's because it's not a apple part:/
Not nice to pay for insurance and feel like after you get it fixed and pay for it it's not up to the standards of the manufacturer. But again Vincent was great.
I was in and out within the time told to me when I dropped off my phone, phone came back looking like a brand new phone.
My tech was so extremely patient. He waited for my son to arrive home when he didn't have to. Fixed the screen super fast and phone is back to 100%!

I contacted Asurion to file a claim for our 'Green Car' that stopped working. That's a childs 2 seater ride on electric vehicle. It was simple and now I'm just waiting for the troubleshooter and the decision to fix or refund.

My wife's phone was submitted for a cracked screen, and when the technician conducted the inspection, she realized that the battery was swollen, which made the phone inoperable. After speaking with the Asurion rep, she was able to get us a new phone delivered to our house the next day, without any out of pocket cost. I will always ensure my family phones are covered by Asurion.
I have yet to get any good replacement with Asurion. I was advised to join them by Verizon and insure all my family devices. So far, each time I called to file a claim has been disastrous. I have yet to get a replacement. The last claim I made was for my child's Gizmo watch that I made over two months ago, I still have not received the replacement and my son has been without a watch all these time and I have been billed for the insurance each month. I called today and now they are asking me to send a photo of my Driver License in order for them to process the claim. Do not waist your money getting Asurion to insure any of your devices, it is a SCAM to get your money!

So glad I bought the extended warranty. I used the filter for one year stored it for the winter when I went to use it again just nothing it wouldn't work at all. I went on the website and started the chat. The agent walked me through the whole thing. It took just a minute or so and I'm getting a full refund. I'm Super pleased with how easy it was.
Dropped phone on the edge of dog dish (of all things!)- food dish, not water. Was fine until charging. Then it zapped out. Took it to local repair shop, UBreakIFix. Fixed quickly, and well. Back up and running same day!
I purchased a FootJoy golf glove from $#*!'s Sporting Goods and when I did that I also purchased the protection plan. The plan was very affordable and I play golf a lot so felt it was a good buy. My glove ended up getting a hole in it but that was covered in the protection plan. I was able to go on line and with the great help of the service technician I was able to file a claim. Quick and EASY! Would definitely recommend this for anyone! Gloves, sunglasses whatever…. DEFINITELY worth the money!

I showed up at the Palmer Rd (Austin Tx) location with a broken screen. In 1 hour my phone was fixed. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful. So much easier then sending it in to be repaired.
I had a canopy break within a year of having it. I purchased the 2 year protection plan from Asurion when I purchased the canopy from Amazon. I logged on to the Asurion website and in just a few minutes my claim was processed and an Amazon Gift Card for the original purchase price was issued. No returns necessary.
My experience with Asurion was a fast and easy transaction. Just a little upset they didn't send me same color phone.
I dropped my cell phone and shattered the back of the phone. I knew i had insurance. I took it to the ATT store. Between our ATT representatives and your Asurion Agent, this problem was resolved in a very short period of time. I had a replacement phone the next day.
