I was leery about purchasing an extended warranty for the pool equipment I purchased last year, but I am glad I did. It was well worth the money and the claim process was very easy. I was worried that the claim process would require unnecessary hoops to jump through, but this was not the case. Asurion is legitimate and fair. I highly recommend their services.

Having so many back to back conversations with Amazon, I should not be just on July 1,2024 resolving this issue. My cell phone provider has documents that the phone Ulefo e 16 Note Pro 256 GB should never be sold again. I lost a lot of business having this phone. No business owner should be placed in this situation not being able to use the Internet everywhere they go especially when pay monthly for their service. Be sure to consider an additional inconvience refund due to so many challenges with communication and filing a claim. Thank God for Princess Mae serving me today! Prior to her, it has been a bit too much.

I have had to return 2 cordless vacuums in the last year and I am so glad I purchased asurion with each. Dealing with the manufacturer was very difficult, and Asurion was so helpful. They are always so friendly, patient and helpful. I will continue to use them and recommend them!

I've come across a lot of negative reviews about Asurion, but I have to say that my experience with them was excellent. I explained the issue I was having, and they promptly sent me an Amazon gift card for the purchase amount so that I could buy a new item. It was a great experience!

My old iPad Pro just broke down unexpectedly and needed a new one or it fixed. Asurion didn't have my old one which was fine and I just received the upgraded new one which I was going to get anyway. So thank you asurion

I picked the title because this was a very easy process and just with a call they send a package you mail the phone back and literally boom you have your fixed device within a couple days they say up to ten but I have used this service twice now and never took over a couple (2-3) days that's it also they fixed the screen for free

I purchased the Asurion protection plan hoping I wouldn't need to use it. Unfortunately the product I purchased developed a leak. When I reached out using the chat on July 4 I didn't expect to reach anyone. To my shock Patrick responded and he made the process very easy and the overall satisfaction above and beyond. I would recommend to everyone to take adantage of this plan if you have any concerns about the durability of the product you purchased.

Very easy to make my claim for a crack d screen on the web, and I drove to the fix-it store right away—they fixed it in an hour and I was back in the game! It not hiccup was that they didn't have a new screen protector so I had to order that separately and bring it to ATT to put it on.

I prefer to work with humans, but the Asurion website was easy to navigate and although very general questioning, our phone issues were resolved with a new phone.

The website is easy to follow. The process is straightforward. The replacement of my cellphone came in 2 business days.

Insurance replaced my damaged device in less than 4 days. I never thought it was that easy. To have a phone insurance is worth it.
