I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

Warranty and repair service usually makes me cringe. This is absolutely excellent coverage and worth it. Simple, quick, easy - AT&T and Asurion performed.

The young gentleman that fixed my phone was very polite and patient with me as I'm a dinosaur with electronics. He took his time to explain to me and help me. He did a great job. Great customer service so much appreciated. You don't get that very much anymore..
When I purchased the weed wacker I also purchased a 3 year Asurion insurance. So glad I did because the weed wacker stopped working. Filing the claim was so easy and Philip was very easy to work with. My claim was approved and I will be getting an Amazon credit for the full purchase price of the weed wacker.
The process for filing a claim was very straight forward and not difficult all. The customer service was phenomenal, helpful and understanding. I will be looking into what other services Asurion offers and using them in the future. Highly recommended.
They helped me get my phone back up and running after I accidentally deleted my eSIM by accident and got locked out of my account. Also I'd recommend to sign up for Asurion/verizon tech services that Verizon offers I'd give a million stars if I could 😊🙏
Worst experience on the planet, predatory upsell practices
My wife's phone cracked. We had insurance through Verizon, from this third party Asurion. The phone replacement process was truly horrible. The first phone they sent didn't work. Then I had to spend 3 hours on hold getting a second replacement, which they tried to bill me for again. I demanded a refund of our original $99 deductible and they acted like they didn't understand that request after we waited 5 days without a phone and lost all of our data.
Every customer service representative I talked to as part of the process spent a majority of the call trying to get me to purchase OTHER insurance from them. I repeatedly said I was not interested, and they used incredibly predatory and pushy upsell tactics to try to get me to purchase another insurance plan, including indicating that since what they had explained was such a good deal, they would just sign me up right now unless I objected.
The worst customer service experience ever, bar none. Truly horrible. Every department I spoke with said only a different department could help me and shuffled me around. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.

I had gotten an email to check my phone's battery health, which wasn't so good. That lead to contacting Asurion, which lead to a tech coming to my house 3 days later to replace my battery. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. It didn't take long. Soooo convenient. And free! Wow. I didn't know this was even a thing. Love it! Thanks AT&T and Asurion!
Bought a NACON gaming product (STAY AWAY!) Had an issue upon first use, pursued troubleshooting based upon company website, with no luck. Tried to contact company, customer service loop on website. Amazon promised to help, with no luck contacting manufacturer, 8 months into ownership, I contacted ASURION, Immediately offered to refund money, after I return the product. Easy to deal with, although I did have to chat, instead of using the online form.

Was a smooth repair from start to finish. The online claim form was very user friendly and easy to submit. They found a local dealer; we dropped the phone off for repair and picked up within two hours. I'm very pleased with the entire process. I am so glad this is part of our plan!
I was very disappointed that the ebike we got broke literally after less than 2 months. However, at least I got the Asurion coverage and I feel a little better about getting my money back. The process was surprisingly easy - I would not hesitate to get coverage for an item again in the future.
I had to have my phone replaced due to an internal problem. I was assured my phone would be replaced within 24 hours. That did not happen. I had to wait three days for the replacement phone. I have a 92 year old mother who depends on being able to get in touch with me. I have no other way of contacting her. This is a very unsatisfactory situation.

After receiving my new phone and activating it, it still wouldn't make calls or texts. I got on the website and started chatting with a tech and they resolved my issue really fast. I was on and off within 5 min. Thanks for the great service.

I noticed a slight change in pricing this month not a big change at all but a Change, I look through my emails to see was there any info on said change and I found nothing just wanted to state if there is any change even 1 cent as a customer we should know.

Because of the hassle you might have to go through with some of these vendors, especially when shopping online it is So! Worth getting a Protection Plan. Especially if it's with Asurion, they will stick with u in resolving Seller/Product/Buyer conflicts. I hope they Never change.

Great service when I can find you. Got the product from Amazon. Then went to the manufacturer. Letting them product defect. Then got push back to Amazon which push me back to the manufacturer. After they said had to go to warranty who carries it. Just problem was going on from June 12. Only know was resolved. June 28.

Today I had to file a claim with Asurion for an AC that I purchase a couple years ago. I went online, chatted with one of their customer service reps, answered a few questions; and my claim was filed, approved and I'm getting reimbursed. Couldn't have been easier.
I was blown away on how fast the claim was processed. The Asurion rep who handled my call was very friendly and walked me through the process. I called on a late Friday afternoon and the replacement phone was on my porch by the next morning!
