I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

Isn't powering on. Luckily, I purchased the two year warranty offered by Amazon, and had about 5 months remaining. I could not login to the asurion site because I can't get into the email address on file to retrieve a security code, so I started an online chat, hoping that they could get me signed in to file a claim. I was pleasantly surprised when the customer service rep completed the claim right there through the chat! In less than 5 mins I was given the option of repairing the device or getting a refund. Super easy!
A postage prepaid box will be sent to me within 5 days for me to return the laptop. They say it takes about 3 days for the repair turn-around.
The process couldn't have went any smoother. In just a few days, my pre-teen will be back on the Sims, leaving her sim husband die in the pool. 🥴
My $800 pool robot died, the day after the manufacturer warranty ran out.
Fortunately I had purchased an extended warranty from Asurion when I bought the unit.
I just now finished filing a claim with them, and after a few brief qualifying questions were answered the VERY nice representative sent my claim through and issued reimbursement for the purchase.

I didn't remember buying my protection plan but when I looked on my Amazon order it showed I had. I was not able to file via Amazon app but had to go through Asurian website. The rep made the process very easy.

I have never claimed with Asuriuon and was wondering how it would go and how long it would take to get my claim processed. I chose to use the chat wondering if it was just a chatbot or a real person. Much to my surprise it was a real person who was very accommodating. I am an expert in building customer service organizations. My experience here was a perfect example of what I promote as excellent customer service.
Technician was very professional. He was also very polite and extremely quick repairing my device. I would recommend him to family and friends.
The most important thing is service That care for business. We also bought our equipment from our technicians..
They were extremely helpful didn't try to up sale me, saved me $22 dollars on both of my lines with out a change to my plans or insurance coverage. In all of five minutes.
Resolve issue quickly and without issues. Let them know what was wrong with the phone got the evaluation quickly. A new phone was in the mail got it in about 3 days
After the dreaded cell phone drop, the agony sets in. Luckily, I already had the insurance. Just a quick form and a new one was sent out. Amazingly quick and easy. Got the new one, shipped the old one and it is like it never happened. This is legit. Thanks, people. You got this right.

I dropped off my broken device 2 hours before closing and they had it repaired and everything done by closing and even stayed a few minutes late for me to pick up my device!
It was great. They reached out to let us know when we could drop off for the screen to be fixed. Then reached out to let us know when it was ready to be picked up.
The only thing that could've made my experience better would've been getting my phone repaired during my first visit. Unfortunately, parts for my phone weren't in stock at the time.
Great. The employee was patient and helpful. Only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't informed that I'd my phone didn't pass a test I couldn't get it back until it was fixed or reverse the fix and get it back broken.

After a very frustrating day of many attempts to file a claim for my printer, I reached out to the chat feature. I had received an error message that the information I entered was incorrect with each attempt. Carmelito came to my rescue and discovered that I was entering the incorrect register number on the receipt. Carmelito went beyond the call of duty to locate the correct number and as a result, my claim was process immediately with good results.
