I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

I was desperate as my husband's phone died and we use it more than a phone as he is in Stage 4 heart failure, the med alert as well as being able to locate him should something happen is invaluable and a MUST have. Kirby helped me thoughtfully and quickly and even offered me a tip to use Ipad until new phone arrived so that I could remain in touch with him, VALUABLE advice and I had forgot that feature! Happy to say they are sending out a new phone asap. GREAT SERVICE.

I have a great appreciation for people who have to bite the tongue to be a.good steward of a career with collateral damage in circumstances where reason is on vacation. I was completely satisfied with the way Asurion handled my claim. I've purchased warranties from them many times before but never had to use them. Now, when I did have a need to file a claim, Asurion and their great customer service rep came through for me and made is one of the easiest experiences I've ever had. I still can't believe how easy it was, and how completely satisfied I am with Asurion. Obviously, I recommend them highly. Thank you Asurion and thank you to your great customer service rep.

The company is a scam, I've had so many issues with them I'd pay for a warranty from a crack head before using them again. They say they're gonna call you back but never do, deny your claims for bogus reasons, refuse to give out their corporate phone number for complaints. Like if the consumer asks for the corporate number, aren't they required to give it to you?! I had "supervisors" tell me how they'd call me back in 48 hrs to follow up and nothing. Do yourself a favor, if your thinking about buying a warranty through asurion, just dig a hole and burn your money in it. It's less effort and frustration

Having had high-end icemakers before, I was wary of buying a cheaper model. I finally decided that if this product lasted a couple of years, I would be lucky--so I decided to get the insurance because so few people "work on/repair" icemakers today. Since I have never filed a claim with Asurion before, I was skeptical--but today's experience was so amazing, I do not hesitate to recommend it. I will definitely buy this insurance again. As soon we walk the door, and in minutes the iphone is take it in, screen is replaced and 1 hour later we back to pick it up
Asurion works. Nothing exceptional. I have used them to replace my device when I broke my screen. I would rather learn how to repair my own devices. That's what I do now.
