I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
Not much as fast and easy these days, especially especially not if it's worth it however, this was definitely worth it.

I am not very technologically capable, but decided to try to set my iPhone up by myself for the first time in my life. My children have always taken care of all my phone issues for me. After one whole night of getting no sleep and trying to navigate the problem that I was having, I finally found a way to get to a link where there was somebody that I could talk to. Rochelle helped me get through everything and it went smoothly and quickly and I am very relieved that I now have a phone to reach out to my family. Thank you.
Angelica did an excellent job helping me add printers to my laptop. These were not the newest, so it took a bit of time. She would mention that she was looking for info in the manual so I knew I had to wait. She did not leave me hanging, wondering if we had been disconnected.
I really like asurion but should be more carefull or more training con customer servise (by phone) some times i call with 5 person and nobody solve nothing

I have dealt with asurion since the beginning. They have always completed a claim with no fuss or hassle. I ha e had several phones replaced, updated to new ones, and multiple fixed screens. And now they don't charge you to fix cracked screens! Go somewhere else if you want too!

My partner's screen was cracked. After dropping swung. We simply completed the online claim form, went to a nearby repair shop without an appointment, and his phone was fixed within a couple of hours!
I have had it happen a few times where I have had electronics stop funcitoning after a few months use, and let me tell you Asurion always pulls through for extended warranty. Not only are they fast at filing your claims but there is no hassle, its so easy and user friendly. Manufacturers tend to tell me that there is nothing that can be done or don't even response to me at all so I wait usually till that warrantys up to file my claims and it is worth the wait! I trust Asurion 100 percent!

We went to the AT&T store in Lakewood,CA and the service tech Carlos was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable with the problem I had with my phone, he said it would take an hour to fix my phone and he did just that. Just got it all right. Not a problem with trying to start a claim or any questions I had once I got all the information. The whole process took a while but I was returning quite a few things and it was pretty complicated by Vanessa talked me through the whole thing with no issue.
The representative is very helpful, knowledgeable and pay attention to the details, the value for the service is a little on the high side.
I wasn't sure what to expect as I have never made a claim with Asurion, however it turned out to be a shockingly positive experience. I worked with Rusette who was efficient and professional. In a matter of a minutes my claim was approved. Hats-Off!
