I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

Imagine managing our busy lives without our cell phones… because that is essentially what we may face if something goes wrong with the device that keeps us connected. To everyone and everything and that is what we lose if we don't have the function of our device. I had forgotten that it was insured until I was doing the email prompted phone check up when asked was I having trouble with my device and I was. The representative reminded me that it was insured and they could send me a new device! I couldn't have a private conversation anywhere because my device had a sound issue that would only allow me to have all incoming and outgoing conversations using speaker phone otherwise I couldn't hear the person on the other end so all privacy was gone. I'm so grateful I responded to that email prompt and that AT&T and Asurion made this process as quick and painless as possible! Feeling Grateful here!

I contacted the customer service department because I received an email stating that they were unable to process my payment. Also, as to why I was unable to open my account while I tried to set it up.
The agent (John) that I spoke with was very helpful, patient and kind. He informed me that a payment had been made on my account. Now, I'm not understanding why I received that email, but none the less it was an error.
However, I never received an answer or help as to why I'm having trouble opening my account.

I must have fallen asleep with my phone and rolled over. It hit a metal bed frame and cracked the screen with a line going across it. Now people will say, why didn't you have a case or phone screen protector.I did, and after dropping my 1st phone out in the field I didn't have asurion on it! We had to pay $475 to replace the screen. They had to order the back because the color of phone I had he didn't stock it. He stated it would be 2-3days before he could get it back to me. I work in sales and calls not answered is a missed opportunity's. I just purchased a whole new phone and kept the repaird on as a back up and made sure we put insurance on the new one. I am so thankful I did. I assumed with an otter box case (I had speck on the 1st one) and the screen protector I was all good. Well obviously that wasn't the case. I had my phone back within hours and the store was friendly, and helpful
After I had fill my claim, I had my replacement phone with in 4 days. No hassle
My experience with asurion has been great in the past. This time started off rocky and longer than normal. Overall, my experience has/was good, and issues always get resolved.
