I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

Verizon laid out the steps. Google and Samsung made it pretty easy. But having a techie at the other end to answer the mundane questions was very helpful. They were patient and helpful, and the new phone activation was seamless.

I had purchased the extended warranty for a Ninja air fryer I bought on Amazon, hoping I wouldn't need to use the warranty, but you know… just in case. Well after about 18mos of use, the air fryer started having issues and wouldn't cook evenly burning half the food. Reached out to Asurion thru the Amazon link in my order and the process to file the claim was easy. Very satisfied.

I had to file a claim for a hose I purchased last year. The self service option didn't like the brand name of the device, and wouldn't let me continue. I clicked the help button, and the rep helped me file the claim. She initially told me to contact the seller for the included warranty. I let her know the warranty was offered by the manufacturer, and not the Amazon seller. She then did an override to allow me to use my Asurion warranty instead of the manufacturer warranty. I'm very happy with the final outcome, and it didn't take very long to complete the process once the representative started helping me. Only advice I have for Asurion would be to allow the claim to auto populate once the covered item is chosen in the Amazon purchase list.
The whole experience was great! I got my phone repaired the same day I filed the claim! The worker was great and made my phone look brand new after the front and back were cracked! Didn't pay a dime
What they said in the beginning, the truth was done. What they promise I seen asurion carry out. They return me a new product like they promise when I bought my iphone. I call one day and the next day I had a new product for my damage product. Thanks
5/7 they said unit was on-repairable 5/9 working to repair 5/13 working to repair 5/22 said a charge of over $500 will be deducted from my $750 claim allowance but could't say what charges are for. 5/28 got an e-mail asking if my unit was returned to me. 5/29 they don't know what charges are for or where my unit is located. They have my unit for a month, want to charge over $500 but don't know why and they can't find my computer.

They now have my unit for a month. Quickly informed me my unit was not repairable. Want to charge me $500 but can't explain what charge is for. At this time they don't know where my computer is. They asked me if it was returned to my. It wasn't.

Today I had the most amazing experience dealing with the asurion tech at (uBreakiFix)named Daniel. He was definitely able to address my situation as there was a particular issue that kept occurring with the screen replacement, but definitely my concerns were addressed and an orderly fashion with the tech. Daniel. In my opinion, Daniel should definitely get a raise ASAP because of his exquisite customer service and patience. The customer is always right and I am definitely pleased with the handling of my situation with daniel. Thank you for the best experience ever when dealing with a broken phone screen replacement.
