I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

I am beyond pissed I dealt with Telus and he talked me out of apple care and told me I should get asurian biggest mistake I've ever made. My phone ended up broken and I had to make a claim so I did first of all they didn't have the color option available that my phone was I had the pink iPhone 13 and they sent me starlight which I am not happy about as the only reason I got the iPhone 13 was for the pink one! Then I receive it and its not brand new its a refurbished one that I had to pay $260 for when I already have to pay $15 a month for and the price of the phone that Im still paying off which is absolute bull$#*!. Now there's no way to transfer all my stuff over so I'm stuck with a $#*!ty refurbished phone that doesn't have any of my messages none of my photos or contacts I'm beyond angry and frustrated that they even offer refurbished phones I would like a brand new pink iPhone 13 as that's the one I originally had and not a refurbished one as I still have to pay $600 on it FIX THIS ISSUE ASURIAN! I will never recommend you to anyone and I will tell everyone about my experience and make sure that no one ever uses your $#*!ty company!

Called the first day to report my tv broke, rep told me everything was set and just need it to pay the service fee told her i was going to call back and pay. Called back and then nothing was set other rep told me need it to wait 24 hrs to get address change, since my was a po box. Waited another day call back and next rep told me to wait 36hrs called back again after 3 days next rep told me it was 72 hrs and that it wasnt sure at the point i told him to stop chnaging the time frame andnto give me an actual time to call and get it resolve, he laugh at me and told me he was not a miracle worker and he couldnt do that i told him to be in my shoes and help and he says no he couldnt do that. Hanged up and decided to chat instead of calling and finnalyy after 6 days without a tv and actual answer and a honest rep finally someone actually helped me. Changed the address and help me with my claim couldnt thank her since i loat the chat after a while but if ANYONE reads this keep her she is finally a good Customer Rep. She helped me all the way to process my claim for 2 hrs woww completed my claim but now am on waiting since there is more steps i guess so 2 weeks for a process since they told me they were going to call me in 3 days

Called spoke with Bray he walked me thru the procedure set me up with a appt with an onsite location to have my phone repaired At my convenience!
They were very quick although the technician told me 3hrs wait time, it was literal less than and hour and it was cheaper than getting a new phone
