I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
So I bought insurance through them because the place I bought my MacBook said it was a good idea, a couple months later water spills and get under my MacBook. It's okay right I have insurance? NOPE! The one star is there because they got my box to me in 2-days. After that, I was told it would be up to 10 business days, then I get an email 3 days later that the repair part they need they don't have, takes them a month to get my laptop back and I bugged them constantly for updates as I need it for school and work. Finally, get it back and it is more broke then I sent them, never had a problem with my tab key, not it is so stuck it is beyond me to explain, my battery drains so fast, and my keyboard doesn't light up. I call thinking they would help. HAHA! The joke was on me! They told me I could send it back in and it would take another "10 days" to fix and they would send it back, I said can I have a loaner or a replacement device sent out because I can not go another month without a laptop. NOPE! The rudest rep ever! Your plan doesn't cover that... what do you mean, this was your mess up you should be doing everything to make sure it is fixed ASAP. I said I wasn't happy and would be calling corporate in the morning, rep told me "if you hate our company so much call Apple and see how much they help you." I was legit crying over the phone to this lady begging for something and that how I got treated. Been 4 days still haven't gotten a box, but you know what I did do, I called Apple and talked to them, they said bring your laptop tp us we will fix it or replace it. I am sorry but if that is not the best customer service ever I don't know what is.

Will be finding better electronic insurance coverage. I paid my premiums faithfully for almost 3 years, but when my daughter's laptop went down, I filed a claim, which I had to pay a $ 100 deductible for, and then it was sent out and deemed unrepairable. Their offer to replace it was insulting. They first offered to replace it with a small tablet-like laptop. How does an 8 GB RAM with 500 MB storage laptop equate to a 4gb 64gb storage mini laptop replacement? When I refused to accept that as a replacement, and advised and showed the original specs, they then offered a reimbursement of $117.00, which was insulting, seeing that I paid $450 for the laptop in 2021 and that that same laptop still retailed for around $400 at over 10 online stores I checked out. They then offered around $146, and that was their final offer. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU FIND A BETTER PROVIDER THAN ASURION. THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL NOT ACCURATELY REPLACE YOUR ELECTRONICS IF THEY DEEM THEM UNFIXABLE.
After almost 3 years, they have LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND REFERRER AS WELL. I let my family, who also bought their home+ plan know about this, and they are now also canceling their services. We're all in search of better carriers, such as Progressive and the Worth Ave group, for protection and integrity. Once I find a more reputable provider, I'll update that here. I'D HATE FOR ANY CONSUMER TO HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

You really can't get any worse than Asurion. I have a 15 month old LG refrigerator that needs a new compressor and LG agreed to cover the repair under warranty by even though the part broke two months after the full one-year warranty expired. The problem is that Asurion is the 3rd party service contractor. It initially took them 7 business days to come and diagnosed the obvious. However, it has now been 5 full weeks since that initial service call of missed appointments (4) and flat out lying to me. First, they said the new compressor would be expedited and delivered directly to me; it wasn't. Then they ghosted me, and when I followed up on a Thursday they said the part was at the distribution center and a tech will be out on Monday. Tech was a no-show, and when I followed up they said the part was not in. A new appointment was made and a confirmation call said they had the part and all was on schedule. The appointment was again canceled due to no part. They made yet another appointment which was canceled EVEN AFTER THEY CONFIRMED THE PART ARRIVED. The appointment was now rescheduled for another two days later and was cancelled and rescheduled yet again WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. The latest and greatest appointment was then scheduled for this morning. The supervisor of the escalation team called to let me know that all will go smoothly and the supervisor of the tech team will handle my appointment. This, after I requested to be the first appointment of the day because I cannot, and shouldn't have to, live my life around them. Long story short, guess who did not show up for the appointment yet again?

Lazyboi leaf blower stopped working and they honored the warranty with a complete refund. How often does that happen these days?

I was hacked, I had just gotten my phone back on track. If you look at my phone numbers history, you'll see what I'm talking about and I had to go to Apple for diagnostics. I had to go to Verizon to get Sim card replacement because what the hacking did to my device and I was upset nervous and it's taking me 16 hours to take care of this with very little sleep because you have to because I because your company said when I told them about the anydesk.com people who contacted me got into my phone through the back door of Facebook and then they try to get me to buy $1000 phone from Facebook marketplace. I never did such things I was able to stand them off. They got into my account and I found out that they had my IP address. Apparently I had keyed in something and then I found out that my name is all over the place but not spell properly and they got a hold of personal information so here I was very very nervous very upset, clouded thinking, and Verizon pulled me through this. This is the best treatment I've had since February 22. I've had excellent treatment because I had to go to the CEOs office and his and his top-tier trip team treated me the phone was working excellently but an Apple update upset my Apple Card so Apple had to fix some things, and I had to come to Verizon to get a physical Sim card sent to me. Everything went as smooth as butter I'm a 72-year-old senior, who is disabled, and very dependent on my phone, Verizon made this very easy and very stressed dressed hard, thinking situation because I had to remember so much you've upped your game tremendously. Thank you for having reps out of the six reps I had only one was very slow didn't know his work and I had to hang up and call back to get more efficient people that's 90% that's a very good rating at this time of the year and under the stress we're under economically Verizon thank you!
