I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
I called in to schedule an appointment to bring in damaged equipment. The AT&T employee to just stop in, no appointment needed. I drove 45 mins to the designated store, only to learn an appointment should have been made. Long story short, Milton from Asurion was great, get got me in and out quickly in between customers.
This was the best service I've had in awhile. The technician came to my house and parked by my garage. I gave him my phone and it took ten minutes for everything to be fixed.

We had purchased a Behringer Powered Mixer which lost its right output ability after 9-mos. We had gotten a protection plan and when I contacted them about the problem they checked our purchase and coverage. Upon the return of the defective Mixer, a full credit for the purchase of the Mixer was applied to our Amazon account so another Mixer could be purchased. It was same-day service within 20 to 30 minutes. It is a great peace of mind and well worth it.

My husband and I got new phones and in trying to set them up myself I had everything totally messed up. I went to online support chat an had the best customer support experience ever! Gemmalyn was so patient and kind! She walked me through every step of the way, through every fumble ( of mine) and was so excellent… I just can't say it any better than that. She worked with me for over 2 hours and was never anything but patient and kind! Thank you Gemmalyn!

The repair was custom designed for me. In the comfort of home. Tech came to me. I was emailed the day before with instructions. A phone text of ETOA. And my phone was returned like new in a matter of an hour
Twice now I have sent in two different ipads for different repairs, one back in October and one this month. The first one was never fully fixed. The button needed replaced and I was told they weren't able. This time the screen was repaired but still shuts off at random and freezes. I'll be sending it back in, in hopes it is fully repaired. I am beginning to reconsider using Asurion services.

It was my first time using chat to get something resolved instead of a phone call and it was fast and convenient. It took maybe 3 to 5 min because I had to gather information but it was alot better that waiting for a long time to speak with someone on the phone.
I had a frother that stopped working. Luckily I had purchased insurance. When I contacted them they immediately sent me a return label by email to return the product and gave me credit on my account. Now that is fantastic customer relations. Kudos to these folks.

Same day replacement of damaged phone with both in-person help from Matthew, and online help from Elizabeth. Both techs were personable, professional and demonstrated exceptional skill in getting the new phone set up.
It was a much easier to get my issue resolved than I ever expected! My original all was answered by a knowledgeable person and she was very nice which was unexpected. Usually when I have tried to make claims with other agencies, I did not get the same attention and respect. She set up the repair in just a few days. The technician called 30 minutes or so before he arrived, on time I might add. He made the repair quickly and correctly. He was very knowledgeable and able. I could not have been happier with Assurian's service.

At first they gave me the run around and said to take my damaged product back to the store and get a return when I did that the store said I had to do it online then came back and my claim got declined so I had to reach out to a live agent to help and she was very quick to resolve my issues still should not be this hard but at least they helped me out in getting a replacement.
The agent that helped me with my insurance clain was fantastic and extremely personable. I got my replacement phone in 1 day.
