I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

Filed a claim on June 1st for a broken phone. Was sent a replacement phone that was broken. Took four hours of calls and an hour at the ATT store for the reps to acknowledge that the replacement was broken. Agreed to send me another replacement. Has been six days and no sign of it. Called company back, told that the replacement is out of stock and that my wait is now indefinite. Have been on/off hold with them over 90 minutes asking for a resolution since it has been nearly 2 weeks without a functioning phone. My advice: steer clear. You're not going to get what you paid for.
I received help with an infected text and advised about how to deal with then in the future. Sometimes I hate to deal with customer service, but this was worth it and helpful.

All your chat and phone customer service are very good, very helpful. I'm not happy with the part of the claim form where I have to print the form, sign it, scan it then email it back. Uploading and downloading documents has problem, that's all. Other than that everything is fine.
