Having problems with my Fitbit charge five. Purchased an Asurion protection plan with my Fitbit. I finally needed to use it, and there was no problem at all going through the claim process. Dennis was incredible in helping me. He did all the work!

I am very thankful for the crew at Asurion. My phone was in a case and fell accidentally. It must have hit in a certain way that splintered the rear glass. When I brought the phone in the associate quickly looked up my information, asked me for a little information, took my phone and told me it would be fixed in approximately 2 hours. My phone was ready and good as new when I arrived. Thank goodness they were there for the save.

Hey when you talk to someone at asurion, you're talking to a real live person that can understand your situation and get you back on track. Quick like too! Very nice, patient, observant and very understanding. I had a question about my receipt because I took a picture of it like I was supposed to and texted it to the number I was supposed to. Then realized I had two receipts and thought maybe I took a picture of the wrong one. Marigold quickly got on the chat and immediately got me on track and helped me out. Real live person too. There was an issue with an extended warranty that was still registering as a manufacturer's warranty even a year after the manufacturer expired. The chat technician handled it well, and I got a warranty refund for my device.

Took my phone to a local AT&T shop with an onsite Asurion agent. The phone was good to go in 30 minutes thereabouts. Didn't even have phone withdrawal symptoms 😅.

I filed my claim online on a Wednesday. I received an appointment for Thursday. The tech was polite and professional. It took him 20 minutes to fix my phone.

I have been placing asurion protection on all my purchases from Amazon that will allow it for the most part. I have never actually had to use the protection until as of recently one of my cameras stopped working and I just had to ship it back and they immediately sent me a gift card to my account. Now my robotic vacuum has stopped working and without missing a beat. They placed my money on my Amazon account and simply told me to send back the vacuum. Is that easy? I will continue to purchase protections from them hoping that my items won't stop working, but at least if they do I know that I'm covered.
