I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
There review team is horrible! No communication or justification for what they do. My 6 year old could do a better job then these morons.

I dropped my phone off around 3 in the afternoon and was able to get my device back same day around 6. Most speedy and amazing experience I have had for repair. From the service member at the front desk to the actual repair tech I met that serviced my device was super friendly and very smooth.
The tech - Mark - Walked me through every step. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Resolved the issue we had with both of our phones. Excellent experieince.

I used the damage not repairable instead of lost on my claim. I had to call to try and change this. Unfortunately I could cancel the claim but the person did tell me what to do which was send the phone back and get a receipt and call back and do another claim with right code. Thank you Assurion.
I didn't think I'd need or even use my insurance, but I got it anyway. Then I dropped my phone. I got an email asking if I'd like to take my phone in and I said yes. And the rest is history. I am a happy camper again.

I buy Asurion protection plans often when shopping on-line. I save my sales receipts and my Asurion receipts in a file folder for easy access if I have to file a claim. I have had to file several claims over the years due to defects or products that break due to poor assembly. Asurion has always come through when I have submitted claims. The small amount for the plan is well worth it, and it provides great peace of mind.
Had cracked screen and low battery issues. Use Asurion chat and received live support giving directions how to get things taken care of. Worked out great

Tech Sarahjoy was very pleasant and professional. The written survey wants to gage your experience by ease. I found it more "straightforward" than easy! It took a bit of time. The tech was patient with my horribly slow typing.I with the vaguries of a complicated computer system. Now if we could get Verizon to include the new charger that should come with a $1300 dollar phone...

Always good sometimes though there's the representatives that still try getting my pin number but I don't give it to them because when I got this phone, the clerk that helped me told me that day don't ever give my pin number to anyone who ask for it, so I choose not to be a used and robbed like that from anyone

I had the online part done in 5 min, I did the claim on a Saturday night and had the new phone on my porch Monday morning. I don't think they could change their system to work any better for this service.
They were very helpful on the phone and setting up appointment soon as possible. They made it so convenient for me, by coming to my home and fixing the device on the spot. I was able to get things done while waiting for my phone to be repaired, I highly recommend them and I will be using their services in the future.
We called to have my wife's new (replacement) phone activated on AT&T's cellular network. We thought we could do it ourselves, but quickly ran into some issues associated with activation codes being sent to a phone number to which we have no access. Clicking on the live chat option brought up Ahmed. He was immediately attuned to our problem and told us he's more than happy to help us. He provided succinct, unambiguous instructions on how to proceed. When we didn't understand, he provided clear explanations on what to do, where to click, what to enter, etc. He kept us informed of what he was doing and how long it may take. From my point of view, it was assurance that he had not forgotten about us. He definitely created rapport and made us feel like important customers (unlike the stupid recordings that say "you're important to us" and then put you on hold for long minutes). The next time I start a live chat, I really hope Ahmed is the one who helps me again.
