I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
I was having problems with my phone,I couldn't communicate. Because my phone is everything to me, but I got to at and t they were able to let me know I got insurance on my phone and my phone was replaced the second day, am very very grateful

I have dropped off a few phones off at uBreakifx for repair. Service was extraordinarily friendly and expedient each time. The only original part on my current phone is the backplate! Finally subscribed to Asurion's Home+ Plan. I am sure it will pay for it self eventually with a 1yo in the house and another on the way.
The process was easy - I received a new phone within 24 hours and was able to transfer all my data to the new phone the next day. The ATT store employees were also very helpful.
The only surprise was the $250 deductible. I thought it was a little steep but it was based on the type of phone I had.

The text came to my door on time and it took him maybe 20 minutes. I took my phone to the store before and it took over an hour. Not only did the mobile tech fix my screen in like 20 min. When he brought my phone back to the door, he said oh by the way I also gave you a new battery.
I activated my replacement phone through a chat line and it felt as though I was speaking live. It did not sound robotic at all. Tip, keep saying hold or something otherwise they will leave you after 5 minutes of no talking.
I purchased the insurance plan when buying an air conditioner thru Amazon.
We had an issue 2 years in and thankfully received a reimbursement to purchase another unit.
Very happy to have bought the Asurion 4 year warranty.

I spent an hour + trying to get a claim done for my laptop. Nothing was accomplished because your help chat bot kept blocking my means to answer the questions asked of me. The gentleman helping me said I would receive more instructions to facilitate sending the laptop for repair. I have received nothing. I would actually grade 0 stars if it were possible.

I purchased a furniture item with Asurion protection 9 months ago. Upon disassembly of product after a move & reassembly the product was found to be damaged. I contacted Asurion via their chat support and an e-gift card was emailed for the product amount within 24hrs.
Very cooperative they were there to help, and very understanding about the whole situation.
The rep was wonderful and walked me thru the process on the call. Very patient and pleasant. The replacement phone arrived the next day! Excellent service. Worth every penny for the insurance.
