I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

I was thinking the process was going to take forever but, I was so wrong, the tech came to my home, 20mins he was done and I was on my way to work!
I was able to quickly file my claim on the website with very little effort.
TV video stopped working, got online, submitted workorder. Within minutes resolution done. Replaced TV, had delivered within few days. Super pleased!
