I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

My experience with Bell/Asurion reflects a terrible experience and a poor commitment to customer service standards. I have had a device protection plan with Bell Canada for over 3 years and on Sept 8th my device was stolen so I put in a claim for a device replacement. After several calls, I was told my device is in back order and it took over three weeks for Bell/Asurion to inform me that a comparable device will be sent to me as a replacement and I accepted the offer. I traveled out of Canada and contacted Bell again since my device has not been delivered to my address and was informed device has been delivered and signed for by me. Meanwhile, before I traveled I mentioned to the advisor that where no one was available to sign for item, my spouse will pick at location on my behalf and her was taken down. Since then, I have been sent back and forth between Bell/Asurion and Purolator. This is the worst customer experience that I have received. My service provider sent me to a third party (Purolator) for the package delivery to be investigated. Now Purolator is sending me back to Bell that they have closed the case and the report shows Purolator was at the address for delivery. I did not receive the package and no one in my house signed for it. It's either Purolator who signed my name and drop the item and it led to a missing package or it was not delivered despite being at the address according to their GPS. I am now between Bell and Purolator for the delivery of my replacement device. This is a service failure, a terrible customer experience. And until my voice is heard and my device replaced, customer experience means nothing to Bell/Asurion.

Had an appointment set for 4:30pm. Technician called saying he was free for an early appointment and fixed me up on the spot.
This company just takes your money! Do not pay them either way they will not replace your phone. They denied my claim 3x!
I called before coming to see how long it took, but took an extra 30 minutes. I wouldn't rush to get it done as long as it was done right.
This Company along with Verizon I should spell it HELLRIZON are the worst customer service companies I've ever had to deal with. Rather they have been told To lie outright to their customers or they have been trained have been trained they are liars and they are cheaters they have shut my business completely down I'm applying for food stamps as I speak for not dropping assurion and verizon 3 weeks ago when the problem started. My flip or should be called $#*! phone started like a small black dot in the crease and after a week grew to cover entire phone u could see nothing. They sent another device a week after they said they would. 2 months into this $#*!flip phone same problem verizon tells me I only had a 30 day warranty because it's a replacement device, lie, my warranty actually started over after a week of battles I give in because of my buisness and needing a phone. They made me lie to Assurion to get my device. Assurion charges aybc$300 deductible and says phone will be there 3 to 5 buisnesss days it's not I call they say it's not coming will reimburse u. What the $#*! r yall talking about I just paid a deductible and it's not coming. I have lost my entire buisness of providing for my family because asurion and verizon have lied to me straight out lied. I would never trust this Company again I will seek damages to just say u can't pass on the little guys you should be ashamed of yourself my name is Tony Defilippis My number was *******013 And Verizon 12 years I've been with yall for nothing. I will submit a nasty review everyday everywhere till this is taken care of.

Very pleased with how quick and easy it was to set up my phone and when I had a small issue Asurion Tech Support resolved it quickly.
I required a replacement iPhone 13 after the phone was dropped due to misadventure from waist height. My cherished iPhone 13 was outfitted with the strongest case man could conceive of, nonetheless the front camera and entire front glass case was smashed. I was devastated, as my steadfast companion was now no more! It was with inspiration that it suddenly occurred to me that purely by divine intervention I had procured insurance with Asurian! With great haste, I logged on to my account and five minutes later, voilà... I had secured a home drop off and setup with a technician. The technician arrived on time with a friendly smile and hail fellow well met attitude! His joie de vivre was infectious and only rivaled by his mastery of this sophisticated technology. It was with wizard like powers he was able to bring life to the new replacement iPhone 13 and with near necromantic skill infused the new iPhone 13 with the soul from my old iPhone 13. I believed he referred to this magic as "Restoring from backup" or some sort of highly technical verbiage. Regardless, it was with tears of joy that I thanked him as I was now rejoined with my old friend! The technician ensured that all was well and left, a job well done, much as a knight who had defended his post in battle, only to return to his castle upon vanquishing his foe. And that castle...it is called Asurion.
I opened a claim and was sent to the wrong repair store over an hour away. The repair store tech told me to call customer service to have the claim transferred to the correct store near my house. I called and the customer service rep told me the tech at the new store needed to transfer the claim to their store. I went to the new store but the tech told me this is impossible, only customer service could transfer the claim. While in the lobby I called customer service who stated the tech is incorrect and that the in-store tech is the only one able to transfer the claim. I told the tech, and the tech stated the customer service rep was incorrect. I had the tech speak with the customer service rep and they argued for over 15 minutes. Ultimately it was decided the best recourse was to cancel my claim and open a new one. The customer service rep was unable to close my original claim because according to her the original incorrect location marked the claim as "in progress." I hung up on her and called back hoping to speak to someone less incompetent. Luckily the next customer service rep I spoke to was not completely inept and was able to close out the original claim and submit a new one on my behalf. At this point after about 2 hours, it was too late in the day for the in-store tech to fix the screen the same day. The customer service rep offered mobile service, something that no one else had offered me up to this point. I accepted. When the mobile service tech came out two days later for the repair, their information was incorrect. The customer service rep who set up the claim indicated that I had a Galaxy S22 rather than a Galaxy S20. The tech advised me that the only thing I could do is cancel the claim and resubmit again. I followed his instructions and was finally able to have the issue fixed a few days later by the mobile tech.
