I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

Went to AT&T to use my upgrade eligibility to get a Pro Max. I specifically told the AT&T representative she was on StraightTalk and the phone would be used with a StraightTalk SIM. "No Problem" said AT&T.
When AT&T offered insurance I brought up, "but she'll be on StraightTalk". They answered, "They insure the device, regardless of what SIM is in it." Made sense to me... until her phone got stolen.
Found out the hard way that this $#*!-hat of a company has twenty-billion clauses in their contract to give them reasons to deny your claim.

Got the phone less than a month ago and now can look forward to paying $1000 for a device I INSURED but don't have. Who FU&KING CARES WHAT SIM IS IN THE PHONE? THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO INSURE THE PHONE, PERIOD! Well, at least that's how it was presented to me.
I feel completely misled by AT&T, who of course has their hands tied and just can't entertain the thought that their representative provided false information which costed ME, not them.
So tired of customers getting screwed over by big business like this. I'll never use AT&T again, and I've been a loyal customer for over 10yrs. If they can't stand behind their customer then I won't stand by them.

A couple of months after purchasing this insurance for my laptop someone spilled a drink on it. I take it to one of their local stores Ubreakifix and the people there were very nice. A few days later they find it cant be repaired but I shouldnt worry right, Asurion says they'll offer you a "comparable" replacement or the money to buy a comparable one if they cant replace it. I eventually get an email with 2 options they say they have "in stock". Neither are nearly like mine in size or quality, no touch screen etc. I call, the lady was very understanding and made notes about my concerns and needs and she said I'd hear back. After a week I tried calling but that took 4 days to get a person on the other end. During those 4 days I got an email saying they never heard back from me so now theyre down to just ONE kind they can send me... what?! I tried not to stress because they'd told me prior (and when I bought the insurance) if they couldnt replace what I had comparably they'd send me a check to buy one. Mine was only 1 1/2 years old and cost $685.00. She said she can see my purchase date and price I paid but said regardless, mine wasnt a 2020 when I bought it but a 2018 so they would only give me a whopping $168.75! I was floored. All I could do at that point was take the only one they offered and hope it would be something I could adjust to. She said it looked to be worth about the same as mine $650ish. OMG, nightmare doesn't begin to describe this peace of junk! It's super slow, the mouse icon thing slips and slides so it's hard to click on things accurately. This morning someone was helping me figure something out with it and when looking at the serial number of this junk... it's a 13 YEAR OLD refurbished laptop. I only wish like so many I'd read the reviews before I bought this, I normally do. I cant believe they can stay in business seeing how many people that even bothered to write a review were also scammed by them!

My ipads battery swelled up and cracked the screen. Asurion wouldn't repair it saying it doesn't cover it. BS. Junk company.
The process was fast simple and easy. No issues getting the repair done. Device works like new.

On Friday 12/23 I had an appt.window from 9 to 11 they called at 11 and pushed it to 3 to 5 at 4 I called the Lakeland store and Brandon or Brenna (what he said his name was) yelled at me cut me off multiple times and said he "don't know what to tell you" and hung up on me I called and rescheduled again for Tuesday 12/26 from 9 to 11 and they never came AGAIN I CALLED THE CEO OFFICE they scheduled a replacement delivery from 8pm to 9pm they again never came he never called just canceled the appt again now I had to reschedule for them to deliver it in 1 to 3 business days which i doubt will happen because they are full of sh*t this is ridiculous I have never been treated like this as a customer they make promises they can't keep and there is no communication they do not care about their consumers I pay monthly for my insurance and this is sad that I can't even depend on the CEO department to make things right. Don't deal with asurion if you value your sanity because I swear I'm bout to lose it with these people. BBB complaint is the next step
