I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

Brought an Xbox X in to have the HDMI port replaced. Our fault it broke. They "Repaired" it with a new one. About $200 bucks. We get it home and it didn't work correctly. After one unplug and re-plug it stopped working. I brought it back to them and was accused of breaking it ourselves before the guy even Looked at it, And, I was berated as a stupid customer/end user While I remained mostly silent. SO Much so, I almost and should have taken it back and walked out. (what a twit you are Kid) Then he told me they would repair it again "as a courtesy" I am thinking: Ummm, OK, been there done this before. Let's see if they Can step up... NOPE!
JUST as I suspected from the manner in which I was treated at the store, they called me today 11/2/22 and explained the mother board was beyond repair and they don't have one. "It's Trashed" Had they said that at the time of the first Non "repair" I would have believed them considering How it got broken, thanked them, paid them for their time, and forever trusted them.
Conclusion is this: They have NO customer Service Skills, No Tech Skills, No foresight, and No people skills. On top of that, they feel bad about ALL those categories and have NO clue how to fix it. (they need a For Real Manager and the customer service Idiot that treated me this way needs fired Immediately. He wouldn't even make a nice homeless person)
Don't walk away from their sites. RUN! There HAS to be a better solution out there somewhere... My search starts today.
Here is How I KNOW they are dishonest. On the initial Visit for the HDMI repair I was "encouraged" to buy the home electronics insurance and was Told "if you have something at home now that is not working, wait 30 days and bring it in because they don't make you list what ya got" Insurance fraud. If they do the insurance Co. That way why wouldn't I expect they wouldn't do ME that way when I didn't and couldn't buy the insurance? And They DID! In ALL my years of doing business, I would rather Shut my Doors than have my people treat customers this way!

Pay for the TOTAL protection plan and every time I try to submit a claim I am denied. Nothing but aggravation! MORE like a TOTAL WASTE of my money!
Dylan was very nice and polite. Fixed my screen in 20 minutes. Met all my expectations.
I filled out the form on line and and then AT&T emailed me I followed the instructions that was given and my new phone was on it's way the next day.
We are so blessed to have Asurion as our insurance.
