Activation link never received. Checked spam. Also NOT AS ADVERTISED. States the target phone can be added remotely. False. Also DOES NOT HIDE THE APP. Fighting via chat/email for refund. Total scam

I subscribed to auto forward in May and decided to cancel within the 14
Day cancellation policy. They promised a credit would be for coming on
My next CC statement. No credit ever came despite their promise to do so.
They stole $129.97 from me. I have all their emails to back up what they
Said they would do, but didn't.
Stay away from Auto Forward.

I have a daughter that is in her teenage years now, and because I cannot check on her the whole day due to my late night schedules on work, I'm worried that she might be interacting with maniacs or rapists online. And I'm well aware of how trending online dating is nowadays. Good thing I purchased a monitoring app from Auto Forward, I prevented a possible nightmare when I read her deleted conversations with this suspicious "friend".

I've been looking for an effective way to monitor my kids' social media accounts for a while now. Since I know there are a lot of malicious users on such platforms, I decided to purchase a monitoring app from Auto Forward. It definitely provided me with everything I'm looking for in a monitoring app; it's affordable, it's compatible with any device, it works on stealth mode, it provides me real-time updates, it feeds complete details. Really amazing app!

It's been 7 months since I purchased this monitoring app from Auto Forward, and it definitely fulfills its purpose as one of my tools for effective employee monitoring in my business. It allowed me to keep track of messages and files sent and received on our company devices. It actually helped improve productivity since the installation of a monitoring app has encouraged our employees to focus on work during work hours.

I've got to say, Auto Forward has one of the best customer service there is. Every time I call their support, I get to talk to agents that are not only helpful but are also very kind. They patiently answer my questions and walk me through everything, every single time. They're amazing, real credit to their employers.

As a parent in this age of smartphones and computers, it's been a real struggle filtering the content that my kids come across online. Good thing I purchased this monitoring app from Auto Forward, its content and keyword filter features makes it a great parental control tool. This really helped me protect my kids from cyber bullies and inappropriate content.

I wrote a review a couple weeks ago and am giving an update since then (false marketing of product its cost and how to operate, horrible customer service, product not working). I requested a refund within a couple days of purchasing this app. Almost 2 weeks have gone by and I have sent in 4 request for a refund and no answer from a person, just a computer generated "ticket". Customer service is non-existent. When you call the number on the site you get an automated message that directs you to email them and then when you email them which is a dead end. The app has been installed and has tracked absolutley nothing the entire 2 weeks.

I was looking for a tool that will be useful for my business to, hopefully, boost higher productivity rates on my employees. We heavily rely on digital marketing so I had to issue my employees with phones and laptops. Good thing I came across this Auto Forward's monitoring app, it enabled me to block non-work-related sites to avoid unnecessary browsing during office hours. With just this one software, I get to see all of their screens and monitor what each of them is doing. I really saved a lot of resources while achieving the results I desire.

I have been going back n forth on an issue to access the target iphone via remotely w/o having physical access to download the software using the Apple ID and Pass info. The customer service rep keeps sending me instruction's on how to download the software and stating that the only way to download the software is having physical access when it clearly states on their website you can download via using Apple ID and Pass info. No refund given at this time and most if not all of these spyware programs are BS...

Bought this service to monitor our 13yr old's phone. After the install we never got current pictures or texts and the GPS locator isn't even correct. We contact them (only available through email... no phone support) and they say it can take up to 48 hours. We wait the recommended time and it never updates. We contact them again and they say we need to uninstall and re-install and of course wait the 48 hours. We do that and get the same result as previous. All the while I'm asking in the email to just call me but they never do. We did this three times with no better results. At this point I ask (again... only by email) for a full refund because we are within the 14 day window. All we get are automated responses saying someone will contact me shortly but they never do. We started the "customer service" process on 7/29/21 and today it it 8/29/21 and there is still no refund or even a confirmation of one.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star if it would allow me.

BEWARE-DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY! This company is a scam. I filly read the refund policy and asked for s refund the same day of purchase. Not only did i never receive any info or products for my $142, but the customer service line is automated and refers to the email support line. I got one email in return that said read the refund policy. My reason for wanting a refund did not fit in to any of the categories that prevent someone from being eligible for refund. I have sent several emails and no response. This company is a scam

When your reading about all the features for this software they make it seem like you can do everything remotely. That you can install without ever having access to the other phone. That all you have to do is type in the phone number of the device you which to manage. Not so. It's a huge hassle to get the software on the other device. And they make it nearly impossible for you to get your money back. When a company has to use a lot of smoke and mirrors for you to get there product then the company or the software shouldn't be trusted. I wouldn't recommend this company.

What I really like about this app is that it's compatible with all devices, unlike other monitoring softwares in the market that you need to have both android device or iphone. In my case, my daughter has an iphone and I still can monitor her online activities from my android phone. A game changer indeed.

I used to constantly look for a low priced monitoring software that suits my budget. Good thing my cousin introduced me to Auto Forward's monitoring app and showed me how it works. I was surprised that all those features he told me came at a very fair price. As soon as I heard the price, I did not hesitate to purchase a license. Really worth it!
