The item itself met my expectations and arrived quickly, but the overall experience was ruined by the ridiculous extra charges. Even though I already covered the cost of shipping at checkout, I later got hit with an unexpected bill from the courier for nearly $40 just to clear it at the border. This feels deceptive and unfair. It's disappointing that something advertised as straightforward ends up costing so much more in the end, and it makes me question if ordering from this company is even worth the hassle.

I handed them an urgent project expecting professionalism, and instead got a complete disaster. They vanished when I needed updates, acted like deadlines were optional, and ran from responsibility every time something went wrong. I threw away time, money, and trust on a group that clearly has no business offering services to clients. If you value your sanity, stay far away.

At the start I was promised high- results and responsive service. Unfortunately, neither materialized. Deadlines slipped frequently without notice, and update were rare unless I initiated contact. Even basic expectations were unmet, and the final product did not reflect the investment I made. It was disappointing to see how quickly the company stopped caring once they had my business secured.

Where is the option to put zero stars? Their product is garbage and the return policy is the worst. Customer service was unhelpful, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life and will never ever do any business there. DO NOT give this business your money and save yourself some stress.

What they promised and what I got were two completely different things. The customer service manager refused to help when I asked about returning the item, making excuses instead of offering a solution. Instead of standing by their products, they just left customers stuck with something they didn't want.

Azar was a disorganized nightmare from start to finish, and honestly, it was nothing but problematic. The app's layout was confusing, customer service was unhelpful, and there was zero transparency about how things worked. It felt like they just threw things together without a plan, and that's a huge red flag for any platform. As a former customer, I can't stress enough how frustrating it was to deal with constant glitches and random account issues.

Not quite sure what happened to this company, or my order. I purchased products from their website which turned out not to be in stock. I thought they would refund my money as soon as possible but no such luck. I've heard nothing from Azar since for a month even after countless emails and calls to various contacts. Customer Service doesn't exist here. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

They turned out to be the ultimate villain in the world of business transactions. Their customer service was sorely lacking, they barely addressed concerns and left emails unanswered, and when they did respond, it felt like they were trying to gaslight me into believing their blatant errors were somehow my fault. They missed deadlines, overpromised on quality, and underdelivered in every sense of the word. I trusted them with my project, and they crushed that trust with their unprofessionalism and unwillingness to take accountability. Never again.

The quality of their product has downgraded with time. The packaging is also the worst now. I think their management and employees are not making as much effort as they used to in the last few years. Please avoid this awful experience. Look at other options if you can afford it. These people lie blatantly about quality and would fool you easily.

I opted for Azar as their cheaper pricing attracted me. It was a terrible mistake. These fake people lie blatantly and boast about quality but deliver poor-quality displays. It was awful as it ruined my new store launch experience. I would never forgive them. Please avoid them if you don't want to be cheated or don't want to compromise on quality!
