I loved shopping from Babyboo! They have a huge selection of really cute and aesthetic clothes, perfect for going out on more dressy occasions. The quality is amazing, and the dress I got was sooo sparkly. Shipping was really fast, and everything about shopping at Babyboo was great.

After two weeks of no update, I emailed them and received a dismissive response, telling me to wait patiently. I continued to email them, explaining that I'd be away for a month and really needed the items for my vacation. By August 2nd, I requested to cancel the order, as I wouldn't be able to receive it. When I returned from vacation on August 28th, there was no package and no refund. After sending another 10 emails, I kept receiving ridiculous replies, making it seem like it was my fault. They've essentially held my money hostage due to their incompetence. STAY AWAY from this company! Even AliExpress has better customer service.

I tried to process a refund but they do not give you any kind of support, they do not support you sending you a label NOR ANYTHING! The return is on YOU and if there's no shipping method in your country to go to AUSTRALIA, DO NOT EVEN TRY BUYING HERE!

They shipped my order fast but it didn't fit so I returned it. They were quick to send me a return label then nothing happened. I tracked the package for return to make sure it got there within the 30 day window which it did. Well, it has been almost 2 months and they have not responded to any of my emails or request for a refund voucher. Don't buy from them. They will scam you!

I ordered a dress from Baby Boo for my birthday and was so excited to receive it! After the order had gone through I noticed I had ordered the incorrect size and emailed the company right away in which it took the 4 days to respond! Once they finally responded they said there was nothing they could do and I had to wait to return it once it arrived.
It finally arrived and I emailed them back to confirm that as this was bought during a site wide sale I would still be able to get an exchange with the same price. They then proceeded to tell me (another 4 days later) that as it was bought during a sale they cannot accept the return and I should try and sell it or donate it to a friend. Wtf?! This was a site wide sale, the dress is still stocked!
The dress is also made of really cheap fabric and looks nowhere near as lush as the photo on be website.

I recently bought a dress for my bridal shower. Took forever to even get to me and paid about 120 for it. I ordered it in an xxl even though I'm usually a large or an xl because I wanted to make sure it would fit. It came and believe me it barely fit. It fit like a medium. Their sizes are completely off and the fact that they do usually have clothing for plus size women I would not recommend shopping there whatsoever. Dress was worth maybe 2 bucks 😂. $#*!ty quality. Don't get ripped off like I did. I wanted a full refund not some store credit and they didn't even give me the full price! Plus I had to pay to ship it back. I don't even think they are putting up real reviews. If I could I'd give it a 0 rating.
I bought a dress from babyboo paid $200 cad. It arrived after 30 days and I had to pay $75 cad custom on it which is just absurd. The dress literally came in a $#*!ty packaging worse than shein. I could have got a better dress from Zara seriously. I think they should mention about the customs while shipping or something. If I return the dress I get only store credit and would have to buy something and maybe pay for the custom again. The dress it good quality but it didn't look that good on my body not everyone has a toned body. It's so upsetting. I can't get my money back and cannot even wear the dress ruined my bday 😭
WORST E-COM EXPERIENCE EVER!
DO NOT SHOP HERE. ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY! REVIEW 3/50 until I get my money back. This is regarding order: #*******
I paid 110 EUR for duties + customs upon checkout at the Babyboo website. When the package gets into Italy I get notified that I have to pay customs + duties and the documentation shows that it has not been paid.
Additionally, Babyboo had not provided their company details (legal company name, full address, tax + vat nr) really the BARE MINIMUM. I can't collect the package without these details and I wrote 10+ emails to customer support trying to get ahold of this information - NO REPLY OR ASSISTANCE. Every day I get charged 11 EUR + vat for storage fees.
I ended up having to pay an additional 244 EUR for duties + taxes (that I already paid to Babyboo) as well 77 EUR for storage fees (due to Babyboo not providing their company information as well as not replying on any of my 10+ emails when I requested them to provide it for me.
DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM. NO MORALS OR INTEGRITY.

I ordered the Ivory-colored dress for my daughter's bridal shower, as shown in the Baby Boo Product Shot. However, what I received was a Cream/Champagne-colored dress, a significant deviation from the advertised color.
My request for a simple exchange for the correct color was met with a disheartening response. The company refused to acknowledge the error, attributing the difference to lighting variations between studio and natural light. As someone with 20 years of experience in advertising design, I find this explanation inadequate.
Furthermore, the proposed solution of returning the dress at my expense and potentially receiving a Gift Voucher after 35 days is both impractical and unfair. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the company's customer service and accountability for their mistake.

Be cautious ordering from here. If items do not fit your body right in any way, shape, or form, you will not get a refund. You will only get store credit. On top of that, you must pay shipping return costs which are $20 (USD). In a round about way, this is a scam!

I purchased from this company in August 2023. The dresses arrived in NOVEMBER 2023, when I needed them for two weddings in mid-September. The timing could have been forgiven, if the dresses arrived in perfect condition, but they did not. They arrived damaged and the company was ridiculously hard to get in touch with. After going back and forth for weeks, they sent me a shipping label to return the dresses. I did so, and the dresses were returned to the store on November 29th, 2023.
After continuing to reach out to the vendor, I did not receive a response, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. It is not February 15,2024 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. The company responded to my cc company and said that they have not received the dresses and if they are returned in good condition, they will provide a refund.
Obviously, I'm still going to fight this, but I just want to warn as many people as possible NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE.

It should've been an automatic red flag to see that there's only one body type modeling their clothes but I really needed a dress for an event and it looked so beautiful online. Unfortunately when it arrived it looked awful on me, and the material was very cheap. I had to pay for the shipping costs taken I purchased it and I had to pay $20 to return it. They don't offer refunds so now I'm praying the next thing I get I actually like.
Overall they are overpriced, cheap material, and no way to get your money back. 1/10

Cancelled my delivery 5 min after purchasing, wrote 4 emails cancelling but they shipped out the next day. Now I'm not accepting the parcel as I have to pay customs, but customer services from babyboo will not get in touch with me to give me a refund as I tried to cancel as soon as I purchased. If I could give zero I would. They have a trash exchange policy that reflects how desperate they are for profit and not the quality of the brand they are representing. I simply wanted to exchange my dress for a larger size so it would fit my bust better and they wanted to charge me a 20 dollar shipping fee. I will never purchase from them again and stick with a more valuable label that wants their fashion to mirror the quality of their brand. In the packaging before I actually got the dress out. They refused a refund saying the quality was fine! I've just seen the same dresses receiving bad reviews from other customers saying "very pretty but the glitter falls off". Why can't BABYBOO refund if customers are unhappy with the quality? It's just so so bad. I've never had a company refuse to refund when clearly the quality of the garments is simply not good enough. I strongly advise people not to buy from BABYBOO as they are just out for the money and not customer satisfaction.

You cannot return clothes, and if you do you have to pay for the return. And then you get no money back but HAVE to reorder. When you reorder you have to pay full postage. So the whole experience ends up costing way way way more than the garments in the first place. You won't keep the goods cos the fabrics are cheap and the fit is sooooo bad. So many complaints.
